Just left this establishment without eating. We were seated in the back by the kitchen area. There was an employee working who seemed a little put out by having to be there. She was slamming silverware down quite aggressively into a bucket. She said, out loud, "oh! F****r needs a diet!" (Like perhaps she forgot to bring someone a refill)? She was very loudly talking to another employee saying "BRIANS A DOUCHBAG DUDE! HES A DOUCHBAG!" My 5 year old daughter heard the entire thing and was very uncomfortable. This person needs to grasp the concept that she is working in a FAMILY restaurant not a bar. People choose Perkins because it is a family oriented restaurant. I asked for a manager because I wanted to pay for the beverages we had. That manager came out within one minute. I explained the situation to her. She was very apologetic. We wont be back to this particular location.

Waitress got super pissed at me cause I wanted a different table not blasting the sun in my face. Turned out she was passed cause it was another waitresses section. On top of all of that after filling out a survey the owner confronted me just to argue me on how my experience went rather then take as feedback to improve his location. Most seating at this location is falling apart, which give the location a super scummy feel. The whole time I was eating the owner sat at the register on his phone in clear view. Come on its your business look professional and dont argue customers when they are giving you feedback.

The food is good and the staff friendly but the location is starting to really show its age. The chairs are all cracked and the booths are worn and the floors are in need of cleaning. The glasses and flatware are also looking worn and heavily used. This didnt really detract from the food or experience but it did leave an impression.

I had the triple smoked breakfast today. The Briskit was spoiled. They made me wait 10 minutes to get manager approval to take $2 off my bill. If I had thrown up I wonder if they would have refunded the total or sorted it out to see what stayed down??? The waitress was very nice, but Ill never go there again.

Walking in the front door you are met with the smell of urine from the filthy restrooms. Ordered breakfast, eggs and bacon were good, fruit was slimy, toast was soggy (actually thought it was dipped in water). I generally love Perkins, this one not so much.

Ive been to this place many times. Rarely have a complaint, and usually thats only been if they havent brought the roll that comes with the meal. Otherwise, have known them to have prompt service, good food and selection, and they keep my drink filled.

Food is always good. But decor is so dated. Chairs have no cushions left. Ceiling fans are filthy as are the vents. Very dirty under our table. Service is good.

Waited 15 minutes to order then 45 minutes for the food, which was poor quality. Over medium eggs were very under cooked runny whites and over cooked pancakes.

Restaurant was clean, wait staff was friendly, food came fast, was accurate and delicious. I ordered a turkey and avocado BLT. Would definitely recommend!

Its Perkins, so you really cant expect that much. But our breakfast was good and the service was great. Our bill was even better, so no complaints here.
