On July 24th my husband went into Popeyes and ordered $25 worth of food for takeout. When he got home, the chicken was spicy, and he ordered not spicy. He ordered a LG Coleslaw and LG Green Bean. Instead, we got mashed potatoes with spicy gravy. We have a 2 year old and so he couldnt even hardly eat anything. I tried to call and asked for a supervisor, and I heard in the background, "Thats why you dont answer the phone when were busy!". They kept me on hold for about 6-7 min. I hung up, and tried to call again. And the phone was off the hook for the next 45 min. The next day I spoke to a Susan who told me she would let her District Manager Joe know. But that they wouldnt do anything without the food. I called Renee at the Oakland store and relayed my story and she said she would have him call too. No call back. I told both of them, that my husband works at McDonalds. And if theres any problems, they either refund you or replace the food food immediately. Not only that, Papa Johns Pizza, Dominos Pizza, and Pizza Hut here in Leesville have also always done one or the other immediately if there was an issue. I will NEVER, EVER eat at Popeyes again.

Horrible customer service skills from employees and managers. They close early whenever they want. I had called up there before I left work to see what time they closed (which is right down the street) and by the time I arrived in the drive thru the restaurant had already closed. I spoke to two managers about it when I arrived. They refused to take my order then one said they "closed early every night". So I was lied to about the closing time over the phone, the young girl could have said they were already closed and saved me the trouble. By the time I left the window, it still had not passed their real closing time!

First of all, at drive thru...they were rude as hell. Didnt listen and thought it was funny that I had to CONSTANTLY repeat myself. Then, after waiting,which I completely understand, food needs to be cooked..... When my order finally got to my vehicle,she rudely asked what my order was. I LITERALLY got "sixteen" out and the rude ass threw my food in the window and said "eh here" then walked off. GET IT TOGETHER! IM FURIOUS!

Always make sure you have your sauce before you leave, They always forget to place it in the box, Called the manager said sorry but didnt offer anything else.... Makes the third time I have had to eat it with out the sauce. She suggested I come back but I shouldnt have too if shes doing her job in making sure her staff is well trained.

I like chicken and eat it quite a bit. I gotta say, if I eat fried chicken from anywhere else besides, every single time Ill say to myself "I shoulda went to Popeyes". And then throw in the best sides of ANY fast food restaurant and it is hands down the best chicken place and even one of the top fast food places period.

This has to be the worst place to eat in Leesville Louisiana in our opion went there and gpt horrible service. The food was warm not hot the coleslaw was stringy and bad. When i brpught it back in the manager wouldnt take time to speak with me. We will never eat there again

Dont do Popeyes a lot. Its been awhile since Ive been to the Popeyes in Leesville but last time chicken was kind of tough and hard to get what you order. Its been about 9 months since I ate there and a lot can change in nine months but from reading the reviews not so sure.

How do you run out of chicken breast. And what to give me thighs in its place.. If I wanted thighs I would have order it. Worst Popeyes in the state. This isnt the first time service sucked. Havent been there that something was forgot or had to wait 25 mins for a order.

There is a female manager who is always shouting at the employees Ive Been Told bye employees that I know that she is racist against the white employees I dont know this is true but she does seem to ride them more than the others employees.

If i could give it zero stars I would...even called the phone number(upper management/owner) and she was even RUDE taking up for her employees...after giving them many chances to fix their problems wont be spending my money there again

The lady working the drive thru always had an attitude. Pay extra for wanting specific things on the order and they make it like normal, complete disregard for the customer. Never can get ahold of management
