I wish that this caribou was more of a convenience, but EVERY time I visit them, the line is unbelievable. Im not sure if they are understaffed or just slow moving, but I cannot stop here if I need to be somewhere even if I give a reasonable window. One morning it took 10+ minutes to get a cold press (which is already pre-made), and then the worker was standing around and had to be reminded that I also ordered a breakfast sandwich so I was stuck there for 15+ minutes. This morning they were out of soy and almond milk so I was forced to leave, and other times they are out of the breakfast sandwich I get. My hope is that management reads these comments, because they need to make improvements. Ive seen MANY lost customers who drive off because of how slow they move.

The barista with black glasses and long black hair was beyond rude. If I wasnt so late I would have talked to the manager right then and there. I ordered my drink and forgot to mention soy milk (Im highly allergic to dairy) got to the window and asked if it was possible to get it that way and was told it was, she then proceeds to come to the window with a rude tone and tell me it was a waste and I should have told her at the beginning (Im aware of this, sorry) and was just overall very rude about the whole thing. Im very sorry they were busy, Im a mother of 3 who was up all night and got 5 minutes to myself for coffee, I made a mistake, but Im very disappointed with how the situation was handled.

I asked if I could get a different selection of bread for a sandwich that I ordered and was told no. I ordered a slice of bananna bread and asked for a thing of butter and was told that they dont offer any. I chose a sandwich that I didnt really want because of the bread offered and Im choking down a dry piece of bannana bread. I might come back but only for coffee I would strongly suggest that you go somewhere else if youre hungry

I went through and ordered two chia tea lattes and neither where flavored. When I called back I was rudly told that she had was right in a way that did not open up for any service of any kind. I understand they where busy and you have bad days but sarah you gotta be polite its your job I only wanted to buy another shot of chia but after that interaction I wont be returning.

Nice enough staff, but tends to mess up orders via drive thru. Almost always have to go inside to fix my order, usually they mess up the lactose but sometimes they even give me the wrong drink. Better than the one on vierling but not as good as the one next to walmart

Enjoyable experience! The made a fresh Guatemala, cleaned my mug, even though it was from a competitor and were not annoyed by my request to put ice in my coffee. I think Ive gotten, so used to crappy service that Im shocked when requests are cheerfully granted ;->~

The toilets are always dirty. Even worse, the toilet flasher does not work most of the time. I think all they care about is selling coffee or whatever. How about cleanliness Caribou? Clean the damn toilets for GodS safe. Or put cleaning supplies within reach.

Very busy...to top it off they have like 8 employees working and theyre too busy chatting and letting the customer sit at the register for a total of 4 minutes. Thats ridiculous and bad management. Didnt even offer a receipt. So this place gets 2 stars.

Ive always ordered the drive thru and never stepped inside until black Friday for a depth charge. What I love about this location is the modern setup. Although smaller compared to its other locations, this one is one of the cleanest.

I love Caribou Coffee but the drive-through lines have become ridiculous. I counted 10 cars that got out of line in Shakopee. I have seen the same thing at Caribou in Eden Prairie.

I go here about 3 to 4 times a week. Staff is always friendly and my drinks are made perfectly. Store is clean , also. The employee named Gabby is very nice and pleasant.

A good Caribou coffee location. Good staff and well made drinks. Also has a drive through that is usually quick, but it does get backed up occasionally.
