Just about the greatest dining experience you could ever have in a strip mall. Literally the best customer service I have ever received anywhere. I swear half of the things in this place are free and eagerly marketed as such. And I havent even mentioned the ham yet!! These people (obviously) know their way around a pig and a honey pot. Also (spoiler alert) they have turkey and roast beef, which I did not expect!! And they have a tv. In the authors humble opinion, if you havent hit up HBH yet, you exhibit a concerning degree of self-neglect and angst. You all have no idea what youre missing!!!!

I love this place delicious sandwiches . I get the turkey bacon blitz. No longer on the menu but they still make it for me anyway. Staff is always friendly. They have a sandwich club card and you get free sandwich on 5th punch . I could go on and on great place .

I mean, it exists to sell Honey Baked Ham. Its not bad, actually the ham here is better than the stuff Ive ever bought in Hyvee. But its sorta a weird little store. It felt sorta like turning the corner and discovering an Oscar Meyer store. Its cute

Great hearty and well-sized deli sandwiches. Make it a meal with pop/water and chips/cookie/small side (potato salad, beans, broccoli salad.) Every meal comes with a pickle.

We ordered a day in advance, but when we got there our ham wasnt ready and we had to wait a while. The ham was good though.
