Amazing! Needs minor adjustments. This place is gorgeous. The design of the rooms and public lounges is well thought out and stunning to take in. The staff and fellow guests are all pleasant and smiling all the time. However there were some problems we encountered in our stay. Our sweet was the Casablanca morocco, which was a larger room and super amazing! Our water, was a little messed up. The shower never would get hot no matter how long we waited or played with it. All of the faucets in the room had hot and cold water mixed up as well. The jacuzzi was amazing, but it does take about 40 minutes minimum to fill up enough to do anything. The sink as well had some drainage issues, which we werent sure if that was normal. Some things were also lacking in the room. We were staying for a wedding to get ready in the morning and didnt have an iron or ironing board in the room. We also couldnt find the wifi information easily, Id maybe suggest a card on the table with the name and password for it. All of that aside it really was a great experience and I would definitely stay again!

Im all about customer service and for my visit I got anything but. The two on staff when I was there offered no eye contact. They just stood at the counter waiting for me to order. Even after stating it was my first time and I didnt know what I wanted. They didnt ask any questions or offer any suggestions. So ordering off the limited menu I got a grilled cheese salad which apparently is served with apple slices. The cheese also wasnt melted. I was told they were known for their dessert but the only sweets available were cinnamon rolls. I was not impressed. It is probably a perfect place to study if you dont mind the coffee grinder or expresso machine noices. I did like the music.

This place is amazing. When my wife and I came to this coffee shop, we were greeted by Tim who took our coffee orders. My wife got White Mocha and I got a cappuccino traditional. The coffee was superb. The interior of the coffeehouse was decorated with reclaimed wood. There is plenty of seating and places for meetings and meals. The business is also expanding into a theme hotel as well. This is one place I would like to visit again in the upcoming months.

To be brief, the service is terrible and the food is lackluster at best. If youre a college student with more money than taste, then this establishment is for you. I wont waste your time describing my experience, just take my advice and try one of the many other eateries in town..... Wheres the black hole rating scale???( I had to give it one star just to post, believe me, its not earned)

All your typical coffee shop drinks plus smoothies. I LOVE the peach one! There are quiet set apart places to study, group study areas, and even an area with couches. The girls working there are dolls. Their is hummus is made in house and is quite tasty. This is a great place to go for light eats and good hot beverages.

They should rotate their stock more frequently. The first time the bread on my sandwich seemed a bit old and dry. But since Id never tried that type of bread I thought it may just be my impression. Next time I bought a cinnamon roll to go. When I got it home, the two outer rings were hard as a rock! I wont go back.

Pricey for what you receive. One piece of avocado toast ....which has the bread, smashed avocado, and 3 or 4 grape tomatoes sliced in half, with a dash pf seasoning on top was 4.95. I ordered a lime soda and the toast and my total was 8.04. Pleasant staff ...interesting building .....

Coffee shop with great coffee drinks and smoothies with light bakery fare. Vibe felt fairly pretentious, though our drinks were great. Neat brick walls, love the decor. Ordered their rosewater latte & a mocha with Askinosie chocolate.

I first went here when it was fairly new. The staff is great, as are the drinks, and there are so many seating options in the multiple rooms (from tables to couches to an open bay area sort of place to gather with friends).
