Thank you to Trish for all her help this morning! She didnt know, but I was on my way to get my first infusion for an MS research study and was just told that I would be there all day. I needed breakfast and lunch in a pinch and she helped me get both in one stop even though it was only 8:30 in the morning. She was very friendly and took the time to customize my sandwich. I truly appreciate her kindness and warmth during a very rough time. The gentleman that made my bagel was also very kind. He had slightly over-done the toasting and came to show me and asked if it was ok or if I wanted a new one. Excellent customer service from the whole team. Thank you!

I do enjoy the food here but again they are out of all of my first choices for bagels and bakery items. Weve run into this as well with non-bakery menu items as well and it continues to be a frustrating experience as a customer. Call ahead or look online to save yourself the disappointment...

I eat breakfast and meet my friends here every week. I have multiple allergies, but the manager was great and helped me know exactly what I could eat, so now it is very easy to order when I come. It is nice to have a regular place to meet with very friendly people staffing it.

The food is always good, and ready quickly. I really love the Rapid Pickup option, which Ive used a number of times. It has always been ready when I arrive, but still warm when I get it home.

Love this place quite a lot. This is a favorite place me and my wife love to go often. My wife usually has the Veggie Sandwich with the Chai Latte and I have the chicken sandwich

Nice place. The tomato soup with cream was amazing. The BBQ chicken in whole wheat flat bread had too much tomato sauce which I didnt like that much, but it wasnt bad.

Servings used to be larger, but the food is still good. The Italian combo is not as good as it once was, but at least they bring the food to you most of the time now.
