Terrible experience. Service was slow and we were forgotten about several times. We had to ask multiple times for refills or condiments to actually get anything. We were seated in a spot where we could see our waitress goofing off and laughing with her coworkers in the kitchen area. Its great to socialize with your coworkers but only if your able to get your job done. We asked for a cinamon roll after we finally got our meals figuring wed be forgotten about again. When it was finally brought to us, it was in a to-go box - which to us, implied that we werent welcome, even though that may not have been the case. When we got home and looked at said cinnamon roll, it was wet and was not what was advertised on the menu. I dont recommend dinning here.

Horrible sour coffee! Obnoxious loud servers. I cut my meal short and went down to the Perkins on 169 where they know how to brew and serve. Much respect and love to the best waitress in North Mankato Vicki! I wish more were like you.

Good as usual, staff needs to be trained on CS...stood by counter to get seated and the girls continued to chat with each other until I cleared my throat. I was not greeted when I walked in.

Generally good service and minimal wait to be seated. Have had one or two occasions where something was wrong with our order, but the staff went out of their way to make it right each time.

A few of their waiters are still in the habit of sitting minorities away from the common area. Way back in the corner of a separate seating area. Food is awesome though.
