Although I love the product Caribou puts out, especially compared to its competitors the drive through service at this location is terrible. I only go to this location because its conveniently located between my home and work. Every time I go through this drive through I remind myself how poorly its managed and how slow the service. Today is just one more example... I pull up and am asked to wait while the two cars at the window are served and pay before my order is ever taken. Finally my order is taken, I pull up and pay before the barista even begins making my order. If I were to keep track, Id say my wait time averages 5-15 minutes!!! Im always wondering what kind of management is going on because I would never allow my staff to make my clients wait and we dont run a drive through service. Again, I will continue to go to this location due to its convenience. I just wish someone would manage the staff better, or at all!

Came in during a busy time on Saturday and was in a hurry so I ordered a plain drip coffee. Instead of the cashier turning around and pouring, he sent my order to the barista. SINCE WHEN do coffee orders have to wait in line behind bar drinks & food orders?! Not only did I wait over TEN MINUTES for my coffee, they LOST my order! I alerted the barista and she acted like she was going out of her way to give my order "priority" over the drinks on her screen. What kind of BS is going on in your store where you cant train your cashier to turn around and pull a lever to pour a dang cup of coffee?! Going to SA next time. The coffee may be stale, but its cheaper, faster, and their staff dont throw you crappy attitude.

The service and friendliness has been lacking in my experiences at this location. I was a regular customer there until I ordered a crafted press with very lite ice. The guy went on to tell me that the cup will be 3/4 full without the normal amount of ice. I was paying almost four dollars for the drink and put the rest in the tip jar. I asked why and he replied they need to keep the measurements exact to remain profitable. Never went back to that location.

Come here all the time from my Job at Gertens down the street. Quick service and kind workers. My only complaint, not relevant to the store, is trying to get in and out of this place is awkward on Blaine Ave. Im not sure if I can make a left turn out onto Blaine from the parking lot because the curb turns to the left and there are no markings on the pavement to tell if I can make that turn. Not a big deal, its just an inconvenience.

Every time I order coffee from this location it is consistently week tasting, and today I ordered a bagel to go along with my coffee, they messed up what bagel I ordered and unlike the other locations they didnt put the cream cheese on the bagel but put a super small amount in a small cup.... not what I was expecting, week coffee and dry bagel.

I have been coming here for 4+ years and its just not as good as it used to be with the couple times management has changed. The service is slower and my drink is being made wrong more often. Just a minor inconvenience but more likely to go somewhere else. There are still a few people I enjoy seeing.

Normally go here to get my morning Sugar free Vanilla cold press which is my coffee choice. However if your looking for a really sweet and refreshing drink, try the green tea lemonade sparkling and add a full shot of raspberry!!! So so good!!! Next time I get one Ill be sure to post a picture
