Heres an Example of How SBUX is Killing It. I just tried to order a Flat White at this Caribou. The cashier told me that was a SBUX drink. Its not, but good for SBUX even getting employees at competing companies to sell for them. Good going marketing folks! Instead of knowing the trade and getting me something that I wanted (even if not called the same thing). The cashier "corrected" me again after I questioned her answer. I spoke with corporate and the rep who confirmed they could and should know how to make this drink (its just another variation of steamed milk and espresso). But seriously, this branch is sending business down the road without even thinking twice about it. Not only do they have what I want and wont provide it, but left a negative impression on me - so theyre converting me into an SBUX customer. That is a huge win for SBUX!

Best Caribou in the area in my opinion. I started going to this location because it is most convenient for me on my way to work. Now, even on the weekends when it is not the closest location to my house I still go here. Service is amazingly fast even when there is a line (Ive witnessed lots of other locations that dont seem to be able to handle busy times). Staff are friendly and other customers are pleasant. There is a neighborhood feel to this location.

My go-to Caribou - friendly staff, basically everyone knows my order and has it waiting by the time Im done paying! The seating area is pretty limited, but the nice thing is that its connected to Brueggers next door, so theres much more room available. Annnd huge parking lot, so thats never an issue.

This is the main Caribou location that I go to. Generally a good experience. The hours that they close do not seem to match up to what is posted online though. Tonight they closed at 7PM, google said they would be open until 9PM. Seems like they close at 7 or 8PM fairly often.

Good coffee (much better than Starbucks), my favorite is the Cold Press. Sometimes they are out of food items, in particular breakfast sandwiches, but thankfully they are connected to a Brueggers. Join their perks program, you will receive worthwhile deals every once in a while.

I love Caribou, so I will always go there anyways.. but this location really has some wonderful people working there! They are always very bright and cheery, it really helps me start my day! Keep up the great work guys!

Stopped by on this brisk August morning, and apparently one of the staff members decided I didnt need to pay for my coffee, and they paid for it themselves! Awesome start to my day!! VERY courteous staff as well!

Normally like Caribou, went to this particular one last week and ordered a medium Caramel high rise. They made a small, realized the mistake and just dumped it in a medium cup and added some whip to top it off.
