Becoming very disappointed with Caribou and particularly this location. I go through drive thru almost every morning and generally order the same thing. 9 times out of 10 they get it wrong. I order a medium dark roast with 2 equal. Nothing difficult. Seems like the drive thru people arent paying attention half the time. When they screw up I let them know and they have this "oh well" kind of attitude. Their competitors down the road, are so good. When I pull up they see my vehicle on the screen most of the workers know what I will order. Whenever they screw up they apologize and offer a free drink. Or if the wait is too long they comp my drink. they are genuinely friendly and courteous. Thinking I might change to being a loyal customer of the other coffee place.

Man, this Caribou is probably the best one Ive ever been to. I am a commuter and I take the bus to class all the time, and so about a year or so ago I had gotten a caribou gift card as a gift, and let me tell you something, I spent nearly everyday there waiting for my bus and got coffee along with it! Theyre all so nice and one of the workers there who mainly takes orders and the register even knows my name! I get the same thing almost every time I am there, a medium vanilla latte. But I also like that theyre good quality coffee for a cheaper price than Starbucks down the street, although i still enjoy them also(i love good coffee anywhere). But would 100% recommend for a awesome vibe and relaxing environment to get work done or just catch up with a friend!

I was at this location tonight, the store was filthy. They had one person working the counter, I placed my order and themn the order taker took another order with multiple cups of coffee and started to fill that order. I heard laughter in the back room and I called the young man over asked what the delay was on my order? He responded his coworker was on break, I asked for my money back, he called the coworker out and she refunded my money, during this process, I explained, simple concept, first in, first out. They agreed and said have a nice night. Avoid this Caribou, I have never had poor service in the past. Obviously some training is needed at this location.

I only frequent this location because of its proximity to my house but they are BY FAR, the absolute slowest bunch of people Ive encountered. The drive through takes a minimum of about 8 minutes. Ive been locked in that drive-thru for over 20 minutes before( on more than one occasion.) Some of the staff is friendly, but overall, hustle needs to be introduced to them. Ive even been the only one in the drive-thru and still, waited 10 minutes for one drink. More than once. Speed it up, kids.

I go to this location all the time and have rarely had a negative expierience but the other day I was going through the drive thru and the cashier gave me incorrect change! If I didnt have to get to work I wouldve gone back and demanded that it be corrected. Hopefully next time I go I wont get Sabrina as the cashier.

Spent 25 minutes waiting for my drinks. Saw staff in back room chatting, they clearly saw me waiting and offered no help. I understand training new people- but when there is a wait of 8 queue on screen and people still coming in- start to help!

This location was a pain to get to this summer when Robert was all torn up, but Im glad I stuck with them. They have a drive through, which is always busy, but good service and tasty drinks.
