Ive been frequenting this Caribou since the road construction started on 494 again, I take 116 to work to try and avoid traffic, and this place has a drive-through and is on the way. Today was the straw that broke the camels back for me, as Ive had problems with them in the past but kept giving them 2nd, 3rd, ...chances; mostly because of lack of drive through options on this route to work. Theyve gotten my order wrong a few times in the past but, today was a bit ridiculous. The gal who always takes my order is always so nice and does a great job (makes sure to check me in for Perks and repeats my order so I KNOW they got it), but as soon as I get to the window its like all customer service abilities go right out the window as it opens. Today I ordered my usual "Medium Caramel Cooler with and extra shot of espresso and NO WHIP, but still drizzle" and a SMALL Vanilla Cooler with NO Whip, but still drizzle, and a spinach mini sandwich. Now, granted I was already running late for work and was a tad flustered already, but Caribou Usually brightens my day up....not today, When I got to the window, after I waited a while, the gal finally came to the window and asked if I had the two Coolers and I said Yes; They didnt offer me a receipt (in fact this location almost never does), and I didnt think to ask, and I paid cash, but I was charged a little over $12 and I gave them a $20 and got $7 and change, so I was charged for two drinks and a sandwich. But I was shocked when she handed me two Medium coolers, BOTH With Whip?! And then she closed the window and didnt say anything. Seriously I was literally in shock to the point that I just drove away, flustered, late, and a bit angry, completely forgetting that I had a sandwich that she didnt hand me. That was it, I decided I was done with this Caribou location, Id rather suffer through construction/traffic, and at least get better service at my local Caribous instead.

Horrible experience this morning. I sat at the window, this is after ordering and paying for 2 drinks and 2 croissants for 13 minutes. I was the only person in the drive thru for about 1/2 of that time. No cars behind me. The girl hands me the croissants after waiting for about 8 minutes. I tell her I am still waiting for my drinks. She looks at me confused. 5 minutes later I get the drinks. I ask to talk to the manager, she tells me she isnt there. She gets another person who tells me they are busy inside the store too. Really - all those people waited 13 minutes to get their order - I dont think so. Not impressed with your insincere apologies. Plus you dont even offer me a dog biscuit for my now barking dog. Never had this kind of service from Caribou before. Not too impressed with your store Amy, and this isnt the first time. Wish I could rate zero stars.

First off, the environment is awesome. I have been to A LOT of Caribous and most of them feel the same. But this one, I walked in and it hit me with a fresh, open, unique vibe. It has lots of comfy chairs, a great sitting area in front of a fireplace, and even nice end tables with outlets. On top of that, I happen to come when the registers were down but the staff served well and did an excellent job adapting on the go. Would highly recommend you Stop On By!

This Caribou is right next door to my work so I stop there multiple times a week. They have gotten my drink right every single time, and the workers are always super nice, even in the middle of a rush. Shout out to Carolyn who makes my drink perfectly! Thank you Carolyn, youre amazing!

Great staff. Quiet around 12 to 2 thats when I enjoy going. Bring a book and a sweatshirt, relax, the ac is always turned up high haha.
