This evening I ordered a taco pizza and onion rings for delivery and Im EXTREMELY disappointed. During the order taking process I was put on hold three different times because the young lady that was taking the order did not know what she was doing and was having to constantly interrupt the process to ask someone questions about my order. I requested that the lettuce, tomato and sour cream be put on the side because I didnt want them hot. After my order was taken I was given a total and an estimated delivery time and I hung up. The pizza arrived within the quoted time and I then signed the credit card slip and received the food. Upon opening up the order I realized that the lettuce, tomato and sour cream failed to be included in the order even though theyre stated ingredients for the pizza. I called to voice my displeasure and a young girl named Mikaela answered the phone and when I requested to speak with a manager I was informed that a manager was no longer available because they had already gone home for the evening. This is a little after 8pm on a Saturday night at a full service restaurant and there isnt a manager available. I find this to be completely befuddling and I then requested that a manager call me back tomorrow and this is when Mikaela became unbelievably rude, snotty and absolutely nasty. She "informed" ME, the customer, that the next time I call I better not be so rude! I was never apologized to and there was never any solution offered to fix the problem instead I was treated like I did something wrong, nevermind that I was the paying customer here. Ive never been treated like this and her customer service is atrocious and because of her treatment of me I will never ever be a customer of Broadway pizza again. I am requesting a follow up call so this can be discussed further. Thank you.

I am just going to copy in the complaint letter I sent to Broadway Pizza corporate, which they never responded to: I ordered a medium veggie works pizza online last night, received confirmation, and drove to the Crystal location to pick it up--to find the store closed. That was irritating. The phone exchange I then had was truly maddening. I called the store number and after several rings a female voice said, "Broadway Pizza, were closed." I said, "That is why I am calling--WHY are you closed? I just got confirmation that the pizza order I placed had been received and came to pick it up." She said, "Dude. We had to close because of heating issues. (A later Facebook post said oven issues, but she did say heating.)" I said, "OK, so you couldnt fix your ordering system so I didnt waste this trip or have a sign in the window apologizing or anything--were you planning to do anything to apologize or compensate me for my inconvenience." And then she laughed. "Are you laughing at me?" I asked. "Oh," she said, "just...people." And I said, "OK, you just made this so much worse." This is the start of that so much worse. I ate at the Crystal Broadway weekly and watched most Vikings games there with friends and relatives. Thanks to your one rude and condescending employee, I estimate youll lose about $1,000 from me in the next year or so. And thats before I write my reviews calling out how I was treated. This was an easy fix. All I was looking for was an acknowledgement that I had been inconvenienced, and a discount on my next pizza would have been a welcome gesture. Instead I was basically mocked. Unlike a mechanical problem, which I totally understand, thats not the kind of thing I am as willing to overlook.

I was at Broadway tonight for purse bingo with my mom and a friend. I go there every Wednesday that I can to play bingo. Andrea is usually our waitress(who is awesome), but since it was purse bingo they moved the waitresses around.. Tonight was the worst experience ever! The waitress did not want to wait on us from the time we sat down. She ignored us most of the evening. When the food finally came (30 minutes later) it was cold. She first brought our fries out and threw them on the table. Then, slowly, the rest of our food made it out. She brought an extra drink that we didnt order. She forgot our water. She ignored us the rest of the night. I dont think I will go there again. Bad Bad Bad night.

Our waitress, Paige, ruined the entire experience. My family and I traveled from Kansas City to go to the Minnesota State Fair. After driving all day we decided to go to Broadway Pizza in Crystal. After we got seated we asked Paige where the restroom was, and with a snarky attitude said "the sign is right above your head." At the end of the night we got home to find out we had forgotten a jacket in the booth. When we returned to get the jacket it was no where to be found and Paige swore she never saw it. We know that she was not telling the truth, but we didnt want it ruining our trip.

So disappointed! I love the atmosphere so i convinced my boyfriend to give it a try. I sat in a booth where I could see directly into the kitchen through the buffet area. They took premade salads from a plate and slid them onto a new plate! Now i wouldnt complain but my salad was brown and limp! Any fool could see how disgusting the salad was. My food took over an hour! I got here at 545 and its now 7:04 and Im still waiting for my check. I so wanted this place to be great! Horrible service...gross food. Im so disappointed.

I order from this Broadway at least 3 times a week. So I will say there food is very good, but.... the service and wait times are horrible. More of the wait times than service. All employees are usually nice and energetic, but....... Ill sit on hold for ten minutes, Ill ask for crushed red pepper packets or Parmesan that never comes, many times Ive waited over an hour to get my food delivered. Many times my food has been so cold Ive had to heat it up.

I waited at the front to take out or to be seated for about 15 minutes. Manager was at the bar gabbing with the customers. I played my pull tabs while I was waiting at the front standing by the sign "wait to be seated" finally a worker came up and ask if I wanted to be seated. Hell. No I waited 15 minutest and no one. I will never come back to this place again. Ill drive to the one on Broadway and 94. This place sucks. And it was not busy.

Absolutely terrible. Debora (our waitress) was nice, the rest of the team.... definitely under par. The burger was disgusting, everything was old, burned and stale. The horrible food took forever, (it was being burned). The bartender was dressed like santa being horribly obnoxious. My husband and I were polite, and the only person that appeared to be working was our waitress, and given the circumstances, she was outstanding!

horrible...the pizza is good, but the service is awful. some young chick full of attitude refused to take my delivery order and gave me a lot of guff, although Ive had delivery to my address several times before without problems. Ill never go to the Crystal location again. Either Ill go to another location, or else Ill order from Sarpinos. I know Sarpinos of New Hope has dependable delivery.
