I have been going to this location at least once a month for the past 3 years and this time I will leave my honest review. Maybe once out of the year Ill dine in with my wife and when we dine in everything is fine. The reason for this 1* review is because out of those other times Ill order wings for take out. Most of the time I order from this location for take out there is something wrong with what I get. Those times that something is wrong is because Il always over paying for my wings. In other words, when I get home Ill find a wing or two short of my request. Other times my wings are too dry and cold. Today 6/16/2015, I experienced both issues. I called in for take out, asked for the wings to be "Extra Wet" with sauce because its usually dry or seems like its premade hours ahead and really thats all I asked for. I picked it up the girl at the counter showed me whats in the box and after the first one which was the basket of wedges that I also order with the wings I told her I didnt need to see the rest because I trust that everything should be fine. When I got home and started eating something didnt seem right, first thing i noticed were the sticker that stated the wings were "EXTRA WET" but the wings were dry, I grabbed one and took a bite and it was warm/cold and finally I counted the wings and I was short 3 wings. Basically I paid for 16 traditional wings and only got 13. I called the shop and asked for a manager and they hung up. Called again they put me on hold for 15mins and I just hung up. That is what lead me to leaving this negative review. I dont normally complain, I usually take what I get, but if in one day they make 100 customers pay for 2 extra wings thats an extra $120-130 they pocket. It is a big deal and its against the law.

Wow, I normally never give reviews or feedback. But this was by far the worst dining experience I ever had. I have never been treated so poorly by the staff. To begin me and my friend go into your restaurant, we were seated by the captain. He was TERRIFIC, he sat us down and said who our waiter would be and pointed at one of the waiters who was at another table and offered to grab our drinks of water. The captain returns with out waters, and since we still havent saw our waiter we asked the captain for our order, he was polite and said let me grab a pen and pad since I never did this before. He returns and takes our order. 15 mins go by and we see our waiter constantly walk past but did not speak or check on us. Another 5 mins go by and the manager brings our food, Im frustrated so I tell the operations manager, "Hey this service sucks, who is our wairter". He says OK let me check on that. He didnt apologize so that was so rude to us. So finally the waiter comes to our table and before he says anything, he sighs heavily and annoyingly like we are bothering him. That did it for me and I told him to just go away. We tried to finish our food but we were just disgusted by the way we were being serviced. I go to the manager and tell him again, this service is terrible and can he at least adjust our bill since my friend didnt finish her food because she was distraught by the rudeness. Im a purple heart veteran and I have never been treated so poorly.

Never ever ever ever ever get take out here. EVER. Every single time I get take out here something is completely missing from the order. Multiple times the french fries were missing, once there was no sauce on the wings, a couple times there is no ranch or blue cheese, the salad came with no dressing once, several times celery was missing, I have received boneless wings instead of traditional. I received the wrong bottles of sauce in a box. I could seriously go on. And they always "check" the order before I leave, but obviously they dont open every box..they just go through the list and say everything is in there. Unfortunately, I LOVE BWW and the servers there are amazing. Eating AT this restaurant is great, but getting take out is ALWAYS ALWAYS a failure. Usually, the manager will "fix" the problem, especially when things are missing, but it never fails to happen again. and again. and again. If I lived somewhat close to another one, I would get take-out from that location. Its actually an ongoing joke we have...what will be missing this time.

I have made an unhealthy habit of visiting BWW (this location) about once every 2 weeks for the past few months. Typically, the food is good, but after last night I am put off of this food forever. We ordered 10 Parmesan Garlic wings and 10 Asian Zing wings. I bit into one of the Parmesan Garlic wings and tasted mold. Talk about revolting! We called the manager over and told him about it and he only asked if he could take the wings of our table. I was done eating, but my boyfriend ordered some replacement wings in a different flavor to eat. The worst part? We had to pay for the moldy wings AND the replacement wings. Needless to say, I will not be back to this BWW, which sucks because we can walk there!

I have ordered take-out from this location a few times, and will never order from here again. I always come home to find that my order is wrong - either the wrong flavor, or bone-in instead of boneless. I had finally had enough, and wrote to the manager who attempted to appease me with an offer on my next visit. I decided to give it another try, only to find that they wouldnt accept the "coupon" and they got my order wrong AGAIN. I dont understand how it can be so difficult to fill customer orders correctly. They clearly need better management. Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I still enjoy the brands food, but I would highly recommend finding another location.

This is an old review that I never got around to. My group was sat down, saw the person who sat us down talk to the table next to us for 10 minutes literally. Than another waiter sat down a dad and a son and they got their drinks immediately. After we saw that we walked out and havent been here since. I use to frequent this place but after this experience I havent been back to Buffalo Wild Wings in months. Its disrespectful and frustrating to sit down a group of people and go to the table next to us and talk for over 10 minutes (I kept looking at my phone and noticed 10 minutes passed) and talk for that long and not have us served not even a damn drink.

I have never had a problem with the numerous time Ive eaten in, or placed a carry-out order. The first time I went here was when I first moved to the neighborhood. The waitress that helped my table was wonderful and I wish I remembered her name because Id praise her here or to the store itself. Service was prompt and our waitress was attentive to ours and her other tables needs. This last time, my friend and I ordered over the phone for carry-out. The food was ready on-time and they even confirmed the order in-person to make sure everything was perfect before we left. P.S. Their Big Jack Daddy Burger is fantastic!
