It is a DQ, what does one expect??? Well when my dog is with, he expects a "Pup-Cup"... this is the only DQ he had to paw out some cash! Every other DQ it is a complimentary cup with the owners purchase... Its about 2oz of fun with a dog treat on top, but he had to work extra in the yard to pay off his debt... He has had a couple since at other DQ locations...

Chaska dairy queen might as well close it doors. Went there 1-23-17 went thru drive thru never got helped waited 10 min and left looked in side 3 employee doing nothing but standing around. No other customers it was1:37pm . Doesnt even deserve any stars will not go back. Got to give it a star it does not deserve to post what crock.

As far as a Dairy Queen goes, this place is about as good as it gets. The staff is friendly and the service is generally pretty quick. We really only go here for Blizzards, and they do a good job. It seems like the sizes have gotten smaller in recent years, so it does feel a bit overpriced now. But it sure is good.

It can be a bit tough to see this one, since its off the road, and sort of hidden behind a hill. Like most fast food places, you get about what youd expect. They have some outdoor seating, and a fairly good amount of indoor seating. Ive never had any problems with my order here, its always been right.

Not a hello or a how ya doin. Kid looked miserable. No smile whatsoever. I did not feel welcomed at all. Truly dont understand why people take jobs dealing with people when they clearly dont like interacting with them.

The service is mediocre, food tastes like its 3 days old and microwaved and the icecream is only decent at best. The employees seem like they generally dont care about your food or service. Would not recommend.

chicken tenders were disappointingly small, smoothie was way too watered down, and overall service was less than satisfying. definitely not worth the $18 i spent on my lunch.
