Not professional!!! Came in and ordered my sandwich, staff was talking about being high and another staff member who wasnt working was making her sandwich and left her opened bag of chips on the counter where they make food.... then after they put on my tomatoes, one fell out and being lazy, placed it on the outside of my sandwich because it was to much work to open the sandwich place it back.... disappointed.

Terrible service from the blonde with short hair, far too over staffed with the high schoolers doing nothing. Stingy with the toppings, terrible that I have to ask for more green peppers and olives when I say "a lot." Idiot millenials who have terrible interpersonal skills. As I am sitting here there are at least 6 employees coming into work and all are in the back. Have 3 staff working the front for fs sake!

Its very frustrating when you order online and they forget some items. This isnt the first time this has happened either. Please double check everything before you hand it to a customer. If Im paying for it Id like to have my entire order.

Never have enough staff on late nights. Wait times are outrageous at night. And their touch screen drive though? Its quicker to go inside and get a sandwich.

Ordered chicken breast w American cheese. Got rotisserie chicken, no cheese, burnt bread. Ordered mustard on other sub, no mustard. Burnt bread. Awful.

We used the drive thru kiosk but it took way longer than going inside. Everyone was nice and they got our large order right.
