My recent experiences with this Sonic location have been very bad. Very slow service and employees who obviously hate their jobs. Last week I went and ordered a Master Blast with snickers. What I received was a Master Blast with all sorts of other ingredients in it which was not what I wanted at all. My daughter also ordered a Master Blast with a different ingredient and hers also contained a lot of mystery ingredients. It was obvious at this point that they do not clean their equipment--ever. Last night my daughter and I went again at about 9:30. We pressed the button to make an order. We were the only customers there. We waited about 5 minutes. Nothing. Then we see a female employee saunter out and head toward the storage building. About 5 minutes later she comes out (walking slowly) carrying 4 or 5 packages of cups. A male employee yells out the door "why didnt you get the whole box". At this point, no one has acknowledged our presence. It is now approaching 10:00 so I decided to call and see if they were closed, even though the website said they were opened to midnight. They hung up on me the first 5 times I called, although I could hear them talking in the background. On the 6th call, they answered and I asked what time they close. I was told midnight. I told the female employee we were ignored. She didnt apologize or ask to take my older. I then asked for the manager. She said she was new and didnt know who the manager was. She had no interest in waiting on us. Mind you, we are still at this point the only customers there! We leave and go to the Sonic on E, 70th and what a difference! Almost every parking spot was taken. The employees are running to bring orders. They are polite!! Within 5 minutes we had our order and were headed home. I am totally through with the Bert Kouns location. Although the E. 70th location is a little farther, we actually received great service and our carhop received a huge tip!

Back to School Half-Price Cheeseburgers day...ordered a Sonic Cheeseburger, a mini Jumbo Popcorn Chicken, and a chocolate milk. Had to repeat my order 3 times before it was correct. About 10 minutes later the wrong order was brought to me. The carhop almost walked away with my money. (I had to pay cash because the screen wasnt showing my order for me to pay with a card.) Another approximately 12 minutes passed and I pushed the button to inquire on the whereabouts of my food. I had to repeat my order again and was placed on hold. After 3 minutes I just left with no response. I have had horrible experiences at almost every Shreveport Sonic location. I think I will keep giving my business to the locations in Bossier City. I hardly have any problems there.

Ive never had a good experience at this location. Either the service was awful or they ruined my meal. Allow me to example: 1) I purchased a small order of mozzarella sticks and they were burnt. 2) I ordered a large Brownie/Cookie Dough Master Blast and neither ingredient were in my cup. 3) I was the only car in te parking lot and they made me wait 30 minutes for a small powerade slush and i could see the people through the window goofing off. 4) Most recently, i ordered a deluxe cheeseburger and they gave me a regular burger for the price of a deluxe and argued with me about it. Ive been extremely passive but Ive finally had enough and plan to call them in.

Sat in the drive thru line at the speaker for 7 minutes with no one asking for my order over the speaker. After 6 minutes of sitting there, I yelled hello into the speaker multiple times with no response. Not the first time this sonic has messed up, granted most the time its just my order they mess up. Now I am late to work and have no food. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!!!!!!!!

So after I ordered my food the little cargo and what I hope is not the manager were throwing ice around and playing then the girl that brought our order out automatically assumed we tipped her when I was going to anyways but dont just assume and also my breakfast burrito was completely wrong this place is not a good sonic to go to at night the workers are very childish

I have yet to come to this location and have a good experience. My last experience the guy taking my order seemed to have an attitude and didnt care about his job. My tea had just a very small amount of ice in it and he kept asking for my order then asking me to hold on, start over, did that several times. Then they had my order wrong after all of that

After ordering a drink, I needed some change for a twenty and your very own manager April told me no change and hung up in my face! I will not be coming back here for anything, and will refer others to other sonic locations!!!! Horrible management skills!

They need to put workers in charge that are mature enough to answer questions. How hard is it to answer a menu question without getting a manager. Maybe they just have a hard time understanding the question.

I had a really quick lunch , during the rush, and it came out very fast, from time of order to eating. Service was superb, as the server was polite and kind. Made it feel worth buying a lunch there.

This is by far the worst sonic I have ever encounters. Every time I come here the service is extremely poor! I suggest that you go to any other sonic in the city but this one!
