Worst customer service ever. The lady at the drive through acted like it was the worst thing in the world for me to order anything. Was short and had an awful attitude. Then I waited at the window for probably 5-10 minutes with no communication with what I was waiting for. At least she gave me my drink and took my payment within the first 5 minutes I was at the window. Every other time Ive waited 8-10 minutes without anyone to even come to the window.

All I have to say is chicken strips take atleast 5 min and if you have a lobby full and it will take even longer...It many be FAST food, but not when you have things that take awhile to make. All Dairy Queens are like that. But also you have to remember if it was to fast your food wasnt right... The longer the fresher!!!

I went here to order food with my family and the service was slower than hell. There was only one vehicle in front of us at the window when we ordered. After ten minutes that car was still there. After fifteen minutes, we just left this establishment seeking food from a business that valued a customers business.

Their food used to be great but has become sub-par. Going through the drive through feels like it takes an hour, in reality you probably sit there for at least 15 minutes before you get your food. Not much faster inside. You can tell the employees only work there because they need the money.

Terrible. . Didnt have a clue what a flame thrower is.. gave my food to someone else. Waited for them to remake it. . They Forgot my blizzard. When I got home I realized they gave me beef instead of the chicken.. place sucks. Very slow and incompetent kids working

My girl ordered a mini cookie dough blizzard and not only was it as expensive as it was abnormally small(even for a "mini"), " This blizzard tastes like cigarettes smell. " Isnt it awful when good ice cream happens to bad restaurants. :(

Service was super slow, had to remind the kid behind counter my order was to go. Had to ask for lid for funnel cake, had to ask for cup to go with my combo. Kid working front counter didnt not seem to want to be at work!

As much as a usually love Dairy Queen (they have good food and ice cream) just today the staffs loud inappropriate conversation put me off eating anything. They need better staff.

Purchased 3 $5 meals. Service was great, chicken meal was good. The burger in the burger meal was dry. Substituted blizzards for the sundays and they were perfect.
