Myself and a couple of my girlfriends decided to go to this establishment to celebrate my engagement. Now, the service that our waitress provided was great! She did a fabulous job, the food on the other hand was a completely different story. We ordered the half nachos chicken/beef mix. The presentation of the nachos was great, but it took a bit to get to the meat. One of my friends started eating the chicken who found not one but multiple pieces of the chicken had a slippery, rubbery piece attached to many of the pieces. The first piece of CHICKEN I dug for had the same gross, RUBBERY thing on it! I told our waitress who was very sweet and apologetic and was generous enough to comp the nachos. Now, the only reason why I am complaining because 3/4 of us girls that ate the chicken all ended up with having some sort of FOOD POISONING ranging of severity - (if you have seen Bridesmaids this will let you know how we felt). I made a call and spoke to the manager letting them know that the chicken was bad and we all got sick from it. She took down some notes and told me she would call me back, which she did. BUT she did not sound concerned at all, stating "they served lots of nachos and no one else has complained!" Getting FOOD POISONING is a huge deal and can cause chronic issues. My friends and I WILL NOT be going back and if you order the chicken, I highly suggest you look at it before you start eating it.

By far worst customer service ever! order a hickory burger which was good I upgraded to sweet potato which I didnt end up getting, then my girlfriend ordered a "Stuffed" Blue burger its not stuff with anything the ingredients were mixed in the meat and didnt taste good at all. When it says stuffed you would think its a juicy lucy, but anyway she ordered the tator-tots and didnt get those till we complained and when we got them there were two tator tots and a thing of seasoned sour cream. The customer service was non-existance the best customer service we got that night was from the hostesses. we had three different waitresses/waiter and they were in such a hurry to not even talk to us once to see if we needed anything such as the silverware, napkins, ketchup, beer/drinks, and the mistake on fries and tots. They only seemed to drop off the food and walk away quickly then maybe come and grab your water sometimes without talking to you to make sure you wanted more. We felt ignored the whole time and would be happy to never spend my money there ever again.

Went here to eat one night and all I can say is if you are looking for a clean dining establishment.... this is definitely not the place to go. The place was disgusting! I know popcorn is hard to keep clean but if you sit me in a table that is right by the machine clean the popcorn up so I dont have to walk through a pile of it to sit down. Also if you have an open area that you put food out to go out. YOU NEED TO KEEP THIS AREA CLEAN. I walked by to go to the bathroom and was a little grossed out. I give it a 2 star only because the food was not horrible. The hostess staff was smug and unhappy. Made you feel like you were a bother by being there. The server was friendly enough but not very attentive. Took forever to flag her down to get our check then I had to actually bring my card and bill to her because she didnt come back to collect. Even though she walked by out table 2 times. While out check was out and ready to be taken. Prob will not eat there again. Not a good restaurant.

I Love this place, the staff is always great and attentive, they decorate for different holidays and go ALL OUT. The atmosphere is very cool, and the cheese curds are incredible. This is the only place Ive ever been to where I can split a burger with my husband and they treat it like two different orders. It comes out cut in half on two plates filled with huge portions of french fries, two sets of side pickles, and the same price as a meal for one. I cant even tell you how much I appreciate this, I can never eat a whole burger and usually waste food, but here Itss just enough. The menu has tons of options, and your food is served up hot and well put together. Never anything but a great experience.

Pros: great atmosphere, lots of tvs, free popcorn, good selection of beers to choose from, and very nice and pleasant servers Cons: way too expensive. Itll cost $9-10 just for a craft beer along with entrees that are at least $11. On top of that they dont really have any good food specials like cheap appetizers or small plates, like a whole-in-the-wall bar would. One will be looking at at least spending $25-30 just for a good beer and a decent burger. Overall I like luckys, just too pricy for a bar where one wants to watch some sports and get some drinks/food.

This Location is the best! When you go to this fine establismant the server you need to see is Angela as she is very thoughtful and attentive and will make sure you have your drinks/apps fast and when your food comes out she will make sure its correct and you have all your sides, dressings etc! This place has the BEST Blackened Blue Cheeseburger ever!!! They make all there dressings by scratch and are so good. If there is a mistake made they get it corrected quickly and properly. If this Company went public I would buy all of there shares. All I can say is yum!!!!

Been here twice and both were a positive experience. This is one of the only restaurants I have been to that is quiet enough to hold a conversation. There are lots of families and the staff doesnt balk at strollers. They also have a pretty nice selection of draft beer. A typical sign a restaurant is worth eating at is when they show their kitchen off as they do here. The food is good and fairly priced. I strongly recommend this restaurant over anything else at the mall and most places in the area.

Super tasty apps (highly recommend the in-house made pizza rolls), quality drinks, our waitress was super personable and attentive, INCREDIBLE BATHROOM. Of all of the things about this business, the bathrooms were incredible. Soap smelled great, bowl of mints and can of tampons. This is the dream bathroom for a female.

Atmosphere was great, unfortunately the fried foods were not. We ordered fried pickles and I had tots with my burger. Both were cooked in old bad tasting oil. The waitress even apologized saying she thought they were going to change it. They refunded the pickes, but that was it. Too bad. I was hopeful for this place.

Love the decor for a Burnsville Center venue, very cool. The burger wasnt the "best" burger Ive ever had, but it was good, and was huge...and the onion rings. OMG, biggest, best onion rings Ive ever had. Friendly help, nice place, busy, lively...above average pub fare, I dug it, as did my 15 year old daughter.

It was our first time here, and we will definitely be back. Their soup of the day was fantastic. My boyfriend got the Reuben and onion rings and I had the drop fried cod. both were good, not great, but the atmosphere was awesome and our waitress, Senia, checked on us often and had answers to all my questions.
