Arrived in Bloomington just after 10:00 p.m., so Toppers was the only delivery option available for a hungry family. Ordered at 10:20, with assurances that the delivery person would bring the food to our hotel room within 40 minutes, and that the driver could make change for a hundred dollar bill because our Oder came to $46. At 11:30, we called to ask where our food was, only to be told the order had been cancelled because the person who took the order hadnt gotten our name or phone number. They knew our hotel and room number; they have caller ID; they made no attempt to correct their problem, and they certainly offered no apologies. Not their problem. Desperate for food, we placed our order again, this time with a 25% discount for the wait but without agreeing to expedite the order as requested. Oh, and this time we were told drivers are not allowed to carry more than $30. cash, so I had to give all of my credit card information to the person on the phone, in whom I had zero confidence. An hour later, or two hours and ten minutes after initially placing the order, a very polite and professional driver brought the food to our hotel room. He apologized for the wait, even though it was definitely not his fault. The "mild" buffalo wings we ordered were painfully spicy and not worth getting blisters on our lips for. The bacon/Mac-n-cheese pizza was awesome. But I would never deal with this restaurant again, no matter how hungry I might be, because of the rude, unapologetic, and apparently incompetent people who answer the phones. Id rather go to bed hungry.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I have never been treated so poorly by a pizza place before in my entire life. They charged us $60 for 3 pizzas. I double checked the prices online and it came to $35. Our pizza tasted like crap, it was so stale like it had been sitting under a warmer for an hour, the dough was very under cooked and all of the meat and cheese was burnt. The customer service they provide is horrific. The delivery driver swore while at my house, which on a normal day I wouldnt make a big deal out of but we had children at our home. You do not swear in front of children I dont care who you are. We called their shop and told them how unsatisfied we were with everything, and not only did they refuse to refund my money, they told me that the prices were different if you order online verses calling into the store, than hung up on us. If you have a restaurant all of the prices should be the same no matter how you order especially not $25 more to order on the phone. I do not suggest these nasty thieves to anyone. If you want a great pizza call papa johns and order from them. Not only will you spend half the amount but the quality is so much better! The only reason why we didnt is because they closed early for the holiday.

Excellent food and customer service EVERY TIME!! They even put in a pizza for me a little while ago 5 minutes before they closed! No problems. Who else delivers as late as Toppers?! My friends and I know that this is the best pizza around. I laugh at anyone who compares Toppers to Little Ceasers. CON- Youre going to pay more for Toppers than you would for some other guys. If price is your concern, then go to the cheaper guys around. PRO- BEST TASTING PIZZA, FROM QUALITY INGREDIENTS! Fresh dough, never frozen. If quality and taste rock your world like me, then stop in or order here. You get what you pay for by far. Little Ceasers lol - Ish!

Toppers pizzas owner and management are great to do business with. They truly care about customer service, and dont tolerate employees that mistreat customers. That cant be said about many other businesses, as it is a rare quality these days. Thanks Toppers Pizza, Derek, and Jason for saving us from Dominos pizza down the road, the driver tonight was cool too, didnt catch his name, but we talked about dogs, and dogs are sweet. We missed you and your deliciously saucy wings and magical pizzas.

The start of my experience was not the best. But I also ordered during a very busy time. But the way the management took care of it was beyond amazing he realized that I dont live near this location, but noticed I work just out side of his other stores delivery range. And he said he will deff make an exception. Never have I had a recovery handled so well. I work in a hotel and I will deff be recommending my guest drive to this managers falcon heights store. 10 stars

I ordered from Toppers once around 1:30am. I called around 2:45am asking what the status of my pizza at and whoever answered the phone said it was on the way.Did not get my pizza until around 3:20 a.m. I live literaly four blocks away from this place. The only reason why I ordered at toppers was because dominoes was closed. I will never order from this place again. Pizza was not hot, was slightly warm. Was not worth my dam money and time.

Sam C is an idiot. If it smells like poop everywhere she goes then maybe she should look under her own foot. This place was excellent, quick, tasty, and affordable. I dont need to have the person on the phone make me "feel nice." They just need to get my order right and to speak english. They achieved both of these tasks and did it well. This store doesnt deserve a bad review three times.

Nobody in the building, just me standing at the counter here & I could swear I saw a head pop out & go back in the back room. Looking at there menu seems like good food if there were employees to take my order. Heading to pizza hut next door even though I traveled for this. & its so cold outside.

In the defense of the people who work there they all seem nice, but I just waited for an hour and seven minutes for a lukewarm pizza. I didn’t know it was possible to be disappointed while eating a pizza, but I’m sitting here eating this pizza and I’m uncomfortably disappointed.

I Recieved poor service from the delivery driver. I felt very disrespected when he threw my change at me after giving him a nice tip. I work at a Toppers in Wisconsin, so I was expecting great food and even better service. I am really disappointed, I expected better.

The pizza was half an hour late last time we ordered, but the second time we got it twenty minutes early and pizza was amazing both times. The delivery driver was a really nice guy and he was super friendly. I was really impressed

Disgusting cold and late food and equally poor service...the manager Justin, he was horribly rude. It seems some of their supporters are equally disgusting . Avoid this restaurant at all cost (it deserves a zero rating)!!!!

Food is always great at Toppers. I think its made fresh. But delivery to my workplace is always slow, and their employees are rude. I take the extra time to go to the U of M campus location when I want the best pizza around!

Food is amazing, staff are friendly and always happy to see you. The place is cool and you can eat there as well. I would highly suggest trying Toppers if you havent and were wondering about it. You wont be disappointed.
