Had a large-ish group (9 of us), with a variety of ages (13 year old up to 85 year old). Stopped in for lunch here on the 3rd floor of Mall of America. About half the group ordered wings (and they were fairly happy with their orders), but 5 of us ordered other things, mostly salads, and we were primarily disappointed. The salads did not come as described (missing bleu cheese or feta cheese, etc...), and were generally not very flavorful. I had a buffalo chicken salad, and the chicken tasted more like simple grilled chicken - no sauce whatsoever. Two of the wing orders were supposed to come with celery & bleu cheese dressing, but they only brought the dressing. Overall, we were a disappointed with the food. The server did a good job of checking on us for refills of beverages, but the kitchen took forever to prepare our food, and they seemed to get most things wrong, or maybe 80% right. After we had ordered, more people were coming in, placing their orders and getting their food, so we had to ask about our order. Not sure what happened, but once we asked about it, it came out in a hurry. Overall experience - probably good if you want some wings & beers and to catch a game (lots of TVs throughout the restaurant). But if you have a group where some prefer foods other than wings, its going to be a disappointment. Next time we are in the Mall of America, well go somewhere else for lunch or dinner. Plenty of other options in that place.

My wife and I went here as visitors from Michigan on a Tuesday evening. Our waitress(Amanda) was a sweetheart. She was the only highlight of the visit. Our menus had wing sauce on them and the table was half dirty. Evidently, the cleaner didnt want to lean over far enough to clean the table closest to the wall. They sat us next to a cash register that had table top that opened. After one waitress slammed it closed a few times(she smiled when she saw it upset us) we asked to be moved. After being moved, it took almost a half hour to get our meal. I heard one waitress tell a waiter to, "Shut Up!" and she meant it. I also heard two waitresses talking about how "mean" one of the other waitress was. Watch out for the small dark haired waitress with the tattoos and ring in her nose! She took a table and slammed it down then took a chair and slammed it down while smiling. This young lady may be the most rude, obnoxious person I have ever met, and I was a truck driver!!!!

My family and I went into BWW at about 8:30 on a Friday night at the MOA, wasnt busy at all. Asked if we could get a table and they said 15-20 min wait. Ok no big deal! I frequent BWW so I go check the bar for seating I notice 7+ open tables in the dinning room. Ok still not angry. Bar 1 big party and about 5 open tables. I grab an open table and tell my 38 week pregnant wife to come and sit down. One of the girls thats standing around comes and says sorry the table is not available. "What do you mean?" The bar area is not open seating tonight. Now I have been going to BW3s since the early 90s and not one time have I been asked to leave an open bar table. The manager must be a push over or an idiot because there was 4 hosts standing in front 2 servers standing around and a guy with a captain jersey on watching the Twins game talking on his radio. Put together a staff that will actually serve a customer and everyone will be better off!

Went during a fairly busy time after the Christmas Holiday weekend. Food was decent, came out accurately, for the most part, and came out in a reasonable amount of time. The serving staff did not provide timely check-ins after food was brought out, despite walking around the service area with not much to do. We had to flag then down as it seemed we were being avoided, not good way to treat your guests. They also did not have a clue about their beer selections which I found odd for a sports bar and they had a weird "Captain" person who was walking around introducing himself, more than once to us, offering tastings of their beers if we needed them. This would have been great if their beer selection consisted of any micro brews, but it did not. I wish I would have paid a little more and gone to a nicer restaurant with my family.

We used to love this place. What happened? We used to be able to spend a few hours here, drinking some beers and eating some wings. I dont know if management changed or what but this last experience was a debacle of epic proportions. To start, we were ushered out of the bar area and re-seated to avoid "overloading the servers", not 5 minutes later they seated a couple at the the table we were just moved from. Then I watched several servers serve food to the wrong table, dump full glasses of beer in the garbage because the order was wrong and return both food and drink orders. It was chaos. The servers (trying their best and are not to blame) all looked like they were on their first day on the job.

I dont know what it is about this location, but its HORRIBLE. Service is extremely slow, even when the restaurant isnt packed. I complained to the manager before about how service was extremely slow and how they messed up our order. While he did comp the messed up order, the problem is bigger than that. Management needs to hire servers who actually care to do their job well. They also need to fire those who make it VERY CLEAR that they dont care about their job, nor their customers. If I were the owner of this location, I would pissed that we have such a killer location but such a terrible staff to run it. This place is going to be closed down within two years unless they figure it out.

The drinks were weak as best and at the end of the night the condescending, aggressive waitress tried to tell me that what I gave her for payment wasn’t correct while hiding money under her arm. Her excuse was that because I had a couple drinks obviously I didn’t know what was going on. I talked to her manger who let her blatantly yell at me. I was able to recoup funds though. Only because I wouldn’t back down. If you drink at all, this is not the place to go. They attempt to take advantage of you. The second drink is weaker and the waitresses might literately try to rob you. There are much better places to get a drink then this place at the mall. Trust me.

Our waiter (Devin) was phenomenal and handled our family reunion of 25+. However, the reason BEW at the Mall of America is receiving a 1 star rating is because of the management and corporate staff. Management cut off the entire crew off after 7 beers and 9 hours, lets not forget we are staying inside the Mall of America and offered our hotel confirmation as proof. In addition several of our Blazer Rewards cards are cut off due to more than one transaction in a day and forcing us wait 3-5 business days for a response (not a resolution). None of our clan will be returning to the BWW at the Mall of America.
