This was the worst experience I have ever had... (I have always enjoyed Caribou till I stopped at this Caribou off of Lexignton in Arden Hills) I purchased a cup of coffee went to add non dairy creme, that all the other Carabou coffees have at their guest counter and only found Dairy cream I approached the woman at the register (grey hair) asked if they had any non dairy creamers... Right in front of 5 patrons she barked at me and said NO I explained I have severe allergies to dairy and that other Caribous have non dairy: This person imediatly argued with me and said I have never heard of that: when I explained many people have dairy allergies she said I have never had any one ask for a non dairy creamer... then I asked if they had soy, This person said sharply I have Almond milk (at this point Im feeling terrible this should be a place to come to get coffee and meet a friendly staff member, so I became nervous and spilt my coffee) I asked this person if she had a towel so I could wipe up the spill: again this person tossed a fit and looked at me with the look of death and made it very apparent I was a complete bother again in front of every one. As I left I could hear her grumbling about me I will never return to this Place again and am going to call corporate I am an eternal optomist and love starting my day with a smile but this person was so awful I left feeling just sick Jules L

Stopped in a few days ago and this place smelled terrible. I understand that a coffee shop may have a strange coffee smell but this smell reminded me of poopy diapers. I am not kidding around. There were a bunch of people in there reading and relaxing and I could not believe they were tolerating the smell. Also there were fruit flies in the food display where the muffins were. We walked out.

Solid Caribou. Friendly & attentive staff. Clean and nicely decorated. Now has a drive thru. Great versatility - Been here in sweats for a relaxed cup of Joe and Ive also had suit and tie business meetings at this location. The location is also very conveniently located to where my wife and I run 90% of our errands. DefinItaly recommend!

Friendly staff and never too crowded. Ive not had a bad cup of coffee from here yet. Its a reliable place to go get some work done. Bathroom can get a bit untidy at times, but I can sympathize as some seem to come in only to use it without ordering a coffee.

This is the place I go the mot to meet for a little work session. There are some more private tables in the back and I do like the Caribou dark hot chocolate. They have some tables outside but this is MN and weather is either too cold, hot, or windy...

This is my favorite Caribou so far. Its small and the wait usually isnt too bad, plus the staff are really friendly. Now that they have a drive through here, this place is perfect!
