I live like 2 blocks from this location and I thought it would be really great having a coffee shop so close, but Ive had so many bad experiences here I dont even go anymore. As a barista myself, I was kind of disappointed in the quality of their espresso drinks but I gave them a couple more chances. The other problem is their customer service though. Its happened twice when Ive been standing at the register waiting 5+ minutes for someone to take my order. The first time the girl apologized and it was fine, but the second time the person looked at me like I was just being pesky and annoying her for being there. Its not the first time theyve made me feel like that. The majority of the times that Ive been there the staff have made me feel very unwelcome, so I definitely wont be coming back.

First time here was a great experience. Lots of seating and some great tables with accessible plugins for laptops. Staff was very nice and the drinks were a great price. Very relaxed atmosphere that allowed for ample work time. The large windows gave it a nice feel and great aesthetic when sunny as well, definitely a big city feel.

Not cheap in the slightest, prices are bumped up from the national menu. That said, their food is good. If you are looking for sandwiches and whatnot, arrive around 9:30-10:00. They do make good coffee. It seems less mass produced than other places. Very laid back environment. I would return if I had the cash.

Its a rather nice place to get coffee. People have odd standards or just like to whine. The staff occasionally gets busy making drinks or whatever but they arent rude. Theres a bit of variety day to day insofar as beans used, coffee strength and whos using the espresso machine but pleasantly so.

DO not recommend you go here. Very dirty and looks like it hasnt been cleaned. The Drinks are awful, but the worse thing is there was a homeless man straight up passed out on the couch. I mean I get that a mans gotta sleep, but didnt think passing out in a coffee shop was acceptable.

I enjoy the staff and the people that cone here to study but the work staff always play the worst kind of music making it impossible to study or think straight. Really wish the owners would require their staff to play calmer music not this hard rock/trance music. Very annoying!!!!

The atmosphere is very laid back and homey. I ordered a iced Americano with extra double shot and a hint of coconut with hazelnut. And let me tell you the coffee is amazing. The service is quick and nice. Definitely a place to consider to visit. Overall 5/5 stars.

I love the atmosphere here. Comfy (old) couches and lots of Reliable internet. Great for studying. Staff are pretty eccentric (as expected of a coffee shop). Usually pretty good music playing. Not my favorite coffee, but I cant complain.

Terrible lattes. Decent coffee. Food is okay (but pricey). The staff are often slow, but friendly! And they seem to only have one trashcan, over by the bar. If anyones mixing a drink or waiting for a drink, it gets awkward fast.

Good Chai tea, taste reminds me of bubble tea, not super sugary. Very different from the Chai of Caribou and Starbucks. Love the atmosphere, and the book shelves filled with books. Really friendly staff. Comfy couches
