I always order a refresher here and substitute water with coconut milk but I have noticed that it is getting really watered down. I believe that they mix water with the milk because it tastes and looks very watered down! They also skimp on the fruits . I usually only get 2 or 3 pieces. This is the only Starbucks that does that and its really too bad because the location is close to my work! The other drinks are also different from other Starbucks. They are definitely skimping on ingredients and not following the recipes. Its just not consistent with the other stores!

This is a pretty nice location for a Starbucks. It also has a very quaint look to it. In the summer there is some nice outdoor seating. The down side is that there is very limited seating and it is almost always occupied by pesky students who buy a cup of coffee and sit there all day. If you are hoping to sit down and take in the atmosphere while you drink your cup of coffee, you may simply be out of luck. Typically if I stop in and there is no seating available, I just leave and go to another coffee shop.

Ive only been to this location once. We went through the drive-through, ordered a Venti drink, the barista taking our order repeated the order back to us correctly, but when we actually received the drink (and had driven a block away) we realized we received a Grande. To be fair, we think they only charged us for a Grande, but if you really want a certain size drink - make sure you verify before you drive off :). Nice staff (but maybe distracted that day?).

By far this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I never wrote reviews before but after I went there 3 different times and had the same experience I was forced to write what I have found. Today I got Tall extra hot and extra shot and I was charged 3.91. and after I have left the store surprisingly there were no extra shot which i was charged for and this is the 3rd time it happened not the first. I will never step in there again.

I found this Starbucks to be a bit better than the other one just up Fairview because its overall less crowded. Although it does get busy at random times, Ive had better luck finding a place to sit at this location. Plus the employees have all been very kind every time Ive come in.

Staff are friendly and attentive without being overbearing or intrusive. Pretty decent outdoor patio. Not as crowded with college students as the store north of Hwy 36. I find it one of the better locations in the Cities although the St Louis Park store is a tad bit better.

If it wasnt for GPS, I would have never known there was a Starbucks up there. The place is pretty small, but it does have a drive thru, I like to take a load off, and its kinda hard at this one. Staff is what I have come to expect from Starbucks, well trained in the craft.

Friendly staff. Good coffee. This Starbucks has lots of seats available outside the building, but limited space inside the shop. When it comes to a raining day, it may become more crowd than usual. Like the environment of every Starbucks except ones inside Target/malls.

I consider this my neighborhood stop to meet clients. It is quieter, clean, less crowded, and friendly. The staff is always on top of things, very efficient and cares. I have tried three other locations nearby and this is the best from my perspective.

I went in a bought a gift certificate and reusable glass as a gift. the staff was very helpful. I also noticed that the facility was clean and well stocked. Many people were hanging out doing work and chatting, a very nice atmosphere.

This is the good Starbucks in the area. Dont bother waiting in the drive thru line in the morning...just get out of your car and walk in. Youll save yourself 15min.
