My family and I very much so enjoy Panera.. but not this location. I am very dissapointed that no matter how many times i order food these people cant get it right. Whether i ask for no onion OR i order online they are always off on something Im not going to waste MORE of my time with you on the phone (which takes 4 calls to reach someone anyway, not even an exaggeration), but just take some advice from a fellow customer service employee. 1. Dont have your manager "sigh" into the phone when speaking with them, this is VERY unproffessional. 2. Keep your online menu updated - i ordered a turkey sausage and egg white sandwich and on pickup was informed you have neither ingredients... Its so ridculous i had to laugh. 3. Train new employees correctly, the poor kid up front didnt know what to do be. 4. The managers excuse for the issues with my food was everyone is working in the "Souffle area". I dont want an excuse and quite frankly i couldnt care less - i came for what i ordered and id be very happy if i just got that. My information is already in your system from all of your previous errors so reach me through there if youd like this taken down.. You people need to learn to fix mistakes, not pawn them off on your poor ability to operate. Ill be sharing my experiences there very openly moving forward with others in the community.

Ive never had a problem with this place until I tried the delivery service. I work at a business up the street from here...it already takes up to 45 minutes to deliver and the driver was 25 mins late getting her. Once she got here, she called frustrated because she was trying to get through a security gate she could not get through. I instructed her to park in the parking lot to the left her (plenty of open spaces right next to the front office gate where I would meet her). Instead of listening to me, she kept telling me how she couldnt get through (her voice was elevated). Already being hungry and now frustrated with the driver, I decided to cancel the order instead of arguing with the driver. This is unacceptable and the manager I called did not offer any sympathy for the situation. I thought the delivery service was a great idea for company lunches but we will not utilize this service again.

Let me start by saying their food is awesome but theyre ordering system does not work, everybody is confused and it doesnt come up on the kiosk and when you order at the front register they dont know in the back what the hells going on, this is the second time Ive been here since they moved across the street in the old system is much better. Restaurants have been doing this for a long time when you take your order at the register it prints up in the back problem solved. 3/9/2017. Im updating my review today was the third trip to this Panera Bread going through the drive-thru ordered a everything bagel cut in half toasted with cream cheese they did not give me a knife to spread the cream cheese and the bagel was black on top meaning they toasted it to a brick, thanks Panera. Needless to say I will be finding another Panera Bread to go to.

I was very much looking forward to visiting a Panera and had had good experiences with the Woodhaven store in their old location. Im sure it can be good, but it was only 9 am and only one employee was up front on a register. Everyone passed up the ordering kiosks (myself included) because it seems like an unneeded hassle. After watching an employee emerge from the back, eye the line of 4 or 5 people waiting to be helped, and then duck back into the behind the scenes area rather than assist her co-worker, I left. I swung through the drive thru instead, and the transaction went fine, but the asiago bagel I received looked more like someone accidentally spilled some cheese on a plain bagel. Truly disappointing, I will try another location next time.

I use the drive-thru and my order is consistently incorrect in at least one area. Today it was wrong, so I drive through a second time, get it corrected, only to get home and realize that no dressing was in the bag for my salad. I shouldve double checked after the first mistake, but I didnt. The drive-thru attendant was busy talking to a co-worker while waiting on me and typically isnt very pleasant- she could step it up a bit and do the one thing shes actually there to do. Besides this, the food just isnt prepared very well and is always inconsistent. The sandwhich I did get to eat tonight was decent, but not great. I called and spoke to a manager- she apologized but didnt seem surprised by the errors. I will not be returning to this location.

If I could put 0 stars I would. The fact that I am less than 1 mile away from them and it takes over an hour is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered at 3:40pm it is now 5pm and they just showed up. I called spoke with the manager- CADEN. Very unprofessional. Told me that his delivery driver must had went the wrong way. Unacceptable. I chose not to go myself and get it because I work in sales, we are time crunched nonstop. This is why we use the convenience of a delivery service. I have notified my entire team here at the dealership of this poor, poor customer service that was received and that we should not use them again. 100% out of line.

Ive eaten at a bunch of Panera breads, and have always enjoyed the experience. This one wasnt bad, but was the first time I didnt feel we got our moneys worth. My wifes portion was embarrassingly small, and the food was just lacking in general. The restaurant was also super cold, and just didnt feel like good value. It wont turn us off Panera Bread, but were used to a better experience.

Typical chain food. Dont let the "fresh baked" fool you. Its a place that over charges you on the hype. As a member of a family that been involved in real fresh bread making for over 30 years, this does not satisfy my palate! If you like Wonder bread, than this is defiantly a step up for you, otherwise, go get some Kroger/Miejers bakery bread!

These employees at this Panera are the nicest employees I have ever experienced. They always have a smile and are so welcoming. They always get my order right and I can always count on this establishment to bring me up when Im feeling down. Also I met my best friend here, all I can say is, keep doing what youre doing!

Not the Panera I used to love. Good news first, the counter lady was nice. But; the scone was not baked crispy but was doughy, 3 of the 4 coffee carafes were empty, no music anymore ( you used to have great classical and jazz). So far youve got the market but If theres money out there youre ripe for competition.

Great soup. Not a family place. Everyone is super quiet and they seem really sophisticated and snobby. Two ladies got up and moved shortly after we sat down with our kids. Kids were quiet too. But seems like a place you go without them. Sad bc I love the food. Carry out will be what I do from now on. :)

Always fast with online order and carryout. Fresh bread and great sandwiches. A place that you cant go wrong. Thats coming from an indecisive person. Everyone complains about the parking, but those people are just too lazy to walk because there is an entire parking lot behind the building.
