The Store Manager Sam is very disrespectful! What happened to the 10-foot rule? It seems like I was grading the employees, I will definitely wasnt the one being greeted. He was following me and my fiance around, profiling. His other night manager was also rude as hell. I am in the vitamin section trying to figure out what the price would be, or up where a product was because somebody overstocked something; to where another product was supposed to be period just to put it out in the shelf. I said excuse me sir about 4 times and he was about 5 feet from my face completely ignored me and kept walking. I have my brother with me as well who had about $400 in his cart; but we left it their. None of their employees or managers have respect for anyone except for themselves. My brother, fiance and I were very disrespected an unwelcomed. I drove 20 miles from where I live to try out a different Meijer because usually they have different things on clearance and what not period but I swear on everything I will never go to the Wixom Meijer again in my life. Will also be contacting corporate in the morning. I accidentally went into the mens bathroom instead of the womans bathroom because I had head trauma and its hard for me to see, the next thing you know I come out to two managers talking about they called loss prevention. The most ridiculous unprofessional situation I have ever had to deal with! Donald from General Merchandise was the nicest person in that entire store of employees. Even if he couldnt answer my question about how there a lottery machine works, he told me if I figured it out to let him know so he could help other customers. answered every question I had and didnt tell me where the product was, took me to it period until you got pulled away from me for no reason by the store manager. Thank you donald. I had to rate it something in order to leave my review. Please Excuse any misspellings, punctuation and or any other matters. I was so upset, disrespected and Beyond disgusted I used talk to text. What a great Store Manager You Got Meijer. Just remember word of mouth is the best advertisement :-)

For the most part, this is one of the worst Meijers in the area. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant, so do not get me wrong here. The building itself is nice and clean. The issue I ALWAYS run into is they are always short staffed, there are never enough lanes open and the shelves are constantly empty. I am not sure if it is the actual operations manager that doesnt do enough to make sure enough staff is on hand for the insane amount of people they get daily or he/she just doesnt care. They need to do a much better job of staffing this facility and their buyers need to make sure enough product is on hand, because someone clearly isnt looking at the numbers correctly. For some reason, this Meijer gets a ton of people from the morning until night. If you visit this Meijer, expect to wait in very long lines and you might not find the item you need.

I love almost every Meijer store, but my three star rating is an average from the five stars I would give this store and the two stars I would give to their pharmacy. Maybe not the worst pharmacy ever, but so slow its frustrating! Always an extraordinarily long wait, and they give me wrong information to the point where I pretty much ignore everything they say until I get my script. Store is clean. Restrooms are clean. Cashiers are nice overall, even in the pharmacy usually. There is one woman in the pharmacy that seems pretty sharp, shes more mature in years than most of the people there, but she corrects people, or at least always seems to when Im there. I feel bad for her. Store= Awesome Pharmacy= Dont be in a hurry. Dont require medication immediately... you wont get it!

Dont go in at night unless you want to be talked down to by the managers! Ive waited 2 days for the store manager to call me back and Ive not received one call. If something is marked on clearance unless it literally has a sticker on it dont expect to get the clearance price, shelf tags mean nothing and when you complain the manager just takes the tags down! So disappointed with this location the store manager ha only been there a few days and already doesnt care about his customers satisfaction! Or how the employees are treated by management.

I had the extreme misfortune to work in the bakery for two horrible months. In order to get the most work our of the employees, the management does this: expect more productivity out of a single, unassisted person than humanly possible- then come down hard on that person when they fail to meet the seriously unrealistic expectations. For extra thrill, they dont give said employee any type of support whatsoever. Customers have many questions, but Meijer doesnt arm the employees with any answers.

Went looking for an item, didnt see it in the likely isle, but asked a woman grocery clerk stocking right there. She told me where it used to be. It wasnt there, so I went to the service desk to ask where it was. She directed me someplace and I knew it wouldnt be there. Asked her to look it up - said she couldnt. Someone should have a book of products or someone that knows where products are. Instead, theyd rather waste my time by guessing, sending me back and forth across the store.

Meijer always has amazing sales, and they literally have everything under the sun! (Well...maybe not LITERALLY, but...still...its great!) Great selection of food, and Ive even found some very cute clothes on occasion (one dress I got from Meijer got so many compliments and several girls asked if I got it from Loft ;) Great value, convenient location, good sales, and wonderful employees!

I have mixed experience here. Overall its a decent place, but if you dont mind the extra drive time Ann arbor is bigger and has a better layout. They also took the sinks out of the bottle return which in my opinion was a bad idea, now people just pour soda In the trash bins and also you more often then not are left with sticky fingers because the staff doesnt keep the sanitizer filled.

This store is the only one that has the wine I like! Employees are always nice when I come in the store but the layout of the store is a little weird (especially the grocery section). The one time that I did a return here though the customer service employee was a little snooty. The store has always been a little dirty every time Ive come in though so not a full 5 stars.

Worst place to shop I have ever experienced. Spend $100 a week in just food and when aisles are closed to wax the floors told if you dont like it dont shop here. Old product in the bakery and trip and fall/fire hazards everywhere. No worries Walmart carries the same products and I dont have to deal with managers who look and act as professional as prison inmates.

I love this location, the staff is always so nice, the store is clean and very well stocked. They have the best produce! On this last visit I needed something from the bakery and Lili S. came right over and helped me with a smile. I even drive out of my way to come to this location because of service like that. Thanks Lili!
