Very poor service, we were the only ones here and waited for over five minutes before having to flag down someone from the tim hortons side, who let me know after asking them that someone would be right with me. Another few minutes go by and someone from the tim horton side reluctantly comes over, grabs some spoons and looks at us. No greeting, just a vaguely annoyed stare. On top of that, they mixed my cake batter ice cream on a spot previously used for chocolate. Very unhappy with this location.

Service is poor, says its open till 10 yet we walked in at 9 and the stone was shut off for the night so they couldnt serve anything but plain ice cream. Very disappointing.

They are not open till midnight and me and my family wanted ice cream at 11pm and they were closed not very good advertising that you cant go in at a certain time!!
