Brand new Kroger. Nice look but they really didnt do anything special. The pharmacy is so incompetent that I had to pull all my business from there after using multiple Kroger pharmacies for 6 years. Let me emphasize that this was very inconvenient for me. But month after month they screwed up my maintenance refills. Conversation each time. Couldnt manage to get auto refills to work, couldnt send requests to the right doctor, cancelled things that werent supposed to be cancelled. It was just an awful experience and after my previous experience with Tim in Linncoln Park and Julie in the older White Lake store were so fantastic and helpful. The new management is very poor. Dont trust your health to this pharmacy. The Starbucks is weird also. I asked for a dark roast and they gave me some spiced coffee. I drank it unknowingly and said "thats not dark roast." They said "Thats what we have. Its dark." I said "no, its spiced." They said "thats close enough." I said "no thats spiced." And then actually said "whats the difference?"

I was just there for the 1st time since they built this new store. I was so impressed. Very clean. He staff is so friendly and helpful. I am really without words, I was trying to pick out something for dinner and an employee in the frozen food section named Tim stopped what he was doing and asked if I needed assistance. I jokingly laughed, I said I am trying to find something to make for dinner. He actually stopped stocking showed me a Stouffers Pot Roast dinner that you make in a skillet. He said it takes about 18 minutes. He told me he made it and how good it was. He is an excellent employee that goes above and beyond to help out your customers. Give him a promotion and raise. I am so impressed. Thank you Tim in frozen foods for a job well done. By the way dinner was excellent. I cant to write Stouffers about Tim and Krogers. Thank you.

This place is too big and the people that work there have no sense of urgency during the checkout. Im tired of these types of business that want the consumer to bag their own groceries so that dont have to pay a young kid minimum wage. Not only do you want me to pay for my groceries but then you want me to work for you for free. You wonder why people are looking for a small more Personal experience. Its these types of experiences that make customers like myself drive further and pay more just so I can deal with compitent people.

Really enjoyed shopping at this Krogers for the ease of the store layout. The Krogers app and gas discount helped out these past years. Their fish and meat department always looks fresh with no spoiled or fishy smell. Service has always been polite and helpful. The only drawback was the parking lot. Good news though, Kroger has bought the old Kmart empty building, tore it down, and Hallmark has moved out to make room for a Super Kroger with a Kroger gas station too. Cant wait

This Kroger Marketplace is worth the trip - well lit, clean, easy to navigate, fairly helpful and friendly staff - better than some Krogers Ive shopped at! Produce is usually very nice although at times stock is low - meat counter is well kept and the fish counter does not smell like fish - this store has clothes and at times, furniture pieces. Before you drive by, check this one out. Gas station is behind the store....

No water bottle filling station, do they realize this store is surrounded by well water communities? I sure hope the new multi million dollar Marketplace theyre opening right next door has one?? Not to mention, as Im standing there looking at the manager, while shes chatting with someone, I patiently waited untill she finished. Then she almost walks away without even acknowledging my presence??

The pharmacy drive-thru is a joke! We waited there for 10 minutes for someone to come to acknowledge we were even there at the pickup window and it was just to drop off a prescription. Then when we came back to pick it up , the guy I talked to us and then never came back. We had to call the pharmacy with our cell phones to tell them we are still sitting out there 20 minutes later.

This is a great Krogers! It has friendly staff, great quality products, and a very, VERY clean environment. We shop here all the time, and were never disappointed! The prices are decent, and the gas money you save because of their rewards program really makes it worth it to go there! I highly recommend this Krogers if your nearby!

Wow, what a change. They sell clothing now. I had a pleasant experience here. Ill probably stick to the original style store because its closer and Im more comfortable there, but we do stop in when we go to JCP. The parking lot makes it look very busy, however inside you could walk around easily and we werent crowded.

I personally myself work here, and at first I was nervious that it would end up like the sitcoms. However everyone was nice and friendly. Not only that but Im still stopped by my coworkers to ask if Im finding everything alright as per protocol. The store Is clean and maintained to high standards of sanitation.

Just checked out, only 2 lanes open, and all the self check outs, the large order in front of us had to bag their own groceries. Then my wife and I o dc course had to bag our own. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE (NOT!) so we get a lesser grade service, and slower service, because we shop without the crowds......

Always like Kroger stores. The prices are very competitive with sales and the plus card. Had an issue with an incorrectly priced item once at this location, didnt end up buying it because I felt the labeling of the price vs sale was a tad misleading. Ill still happily shop at this local though.

Very good deals & EXCELLENT employee service. I have had the employees go above and beyond to help me find & get exactly what I need. The attitude of the employees are very friendly & happy to assist. I never feel avoided or like I am bothering them..

Nice grocery store, but the clothing section is vastly overpriced and has a manufactured since of items being "on sale". They spent months trying to reinvent themselves, but I dont think it worked out all that well. Try out the sushi, its killer.

15 years shopping at this Kroger, and I hate this new layout cant find anything. pharmacy never has scripts in stock forced to wait days without meds that I can die without. thanks a lot corporate you are just about money not your loyal customers.

This is a brand new building for this Kroger. Somehow they made it feel like the same old store. They have new merchandise like clothing and toys but with 66 aisles the store layout is potentially confusing to people who are not used to the layout

Recently updated to the super Kroger. They now offer in on grocery items which are overpriced and now Im totally confused every time I go in there otherwise they would have given five stars 2 months ago. I go in there now and its like a zoo.
