I bought the groupon for a dozen cupcakes and had trouble from the minute I started trying to order these cupcakes. I had to call several times because the days I wanted to have my cupcakes were all booked up, or she didnt work that day (I was calling in the order at least a week in advance). When I called I felt I was being talked down to and wasnt able to get a word in as to what I really wanted, but still I was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt and go ahead with the order. Then when I went to pick up my cupcakes not only did I have to wait till after 2:00, which I didnt like, but my cupcakes were not even there yet when I got there. I had to wait 20 extra min and when they did finally come the "cupcake lady" was on her cell phone (which I hate). I was standing right there and she didnt even look up at me, no apology for being late, no thank you for the business, nothing!! I was very disappointed and decided even before I tasted the cupcakes that I would NEVER order from her again! On a positive side note the girl behind the counter at the coffee house where you pick the cupcakes up at (The Flying Joe) was super helpful and apologetic and I would definitely visit the coffee house again, just never to pick up any cupcakes!!

When you call to order, I had to leave a message. There was a different address to pick them up at from the groupon then what she told me. The cupcakes were there on time. They were pretty. I did not like how they tasted! They tasted old and dry. The frosting was better tasting, but it also tasted oily. I was very disappointed for the amount of money spent! I would never get these again nor recommend them to anyone.

I love Babycakes! These are by far the best cupcakes Ive ever had. The frosting is to die for and they come in these pretty pink boxes. I had no problems with the service, she even offered to deliver them! I will definitely order these tasty treats again!

Yummy! I received two dozen mini cupcakes in a variety of flavors. They were very attractive, and tasted delicious! I shared them with guests, and they were a hit. We all especially loved the strawberry cupcakes.

Best cupcakes I have ever had. They only do delivery and catering orders. Pre orders a dozen or more. Great for birthdays, holidays and weddings. Nice packaging and always fresh. Very friendly.
