OK very first time trying this chain, great decorative interesting interior. A family visit told young lady our first time I ordered the Brisket Sub large , Club Sub large and Meatballs Sub large all on Wheat and 2 be combos. So like 35 bucks kinda weird vibe, workers nice just not helpful to explain how your system works. Zero mention of loyalty club to get discounts, zero mention of dozen plus hot sauce. Just zero dead heads, no welcome, no Thanks for visiting just plain Jane robot employees, kinda like your Subs nothing special we all agreed. The stand out Brisket Sub and way better the Hot Sauce selection. Once was plenty we eat out 300 days per year and rarely do chains, ,, this the exact reason why non caring employees and bland food.

AWFUL customer service! The cashier "Morgan" left me speechless with her rude behavior. She clearly lacks all the characteristics needed to work in the service industry. Poor child has some swrious behavioral issues. To make the situation even worse the so called manager "Samantha" was standing right beside her during our entire interaction. No apology was provided by Samantha. She clearly needs to find a new career along with Morgan. I have filed a complaint with corporate. I look forward to speaking with the owners and or district managers. Good luck ladies.

The first time i went to eat here my order was wrong. The manager i spoke to was awsome she remade my sub her self and has remembered me ever since. I dont no her name but she is a small girl with short hair... The staff is always friendly always talkative with me and my family and i love to go there for lunch. And i must say the batbrooms are wonderfully clean unlike other place i have gone to...

Overly priced, not hot, got the Turkey Bacon ranch sub which the menu says "CRISP" bacon...well let me tell you the bacon WAS NOT EVEN COOKED!!!! Our 2nd time there after a bad experience around the grand opening, will never go back. BTW subs dont have much flavor either. Walmart makes a better than them

Love their subs! Nice people, clean. But the drive threw is awful! My order is wrong every single time, not even just a little bit, its the completely wrong order. But stupid me for not opening everything n checking individually, n not learning my lesson to simply not go threw the drive threw.

I ordered a take out sub , waited 10 minutes for the my order. This is the first time ordering from firehouse sub , got home the bread was soggy and the meat was shaved, I was not in pressed with there sub will not be back !
