As an American married to someone from Siberia I really enjoy being able to bring my husband home his favorite foods. The Palemei is amazing!! However the customer service really lacks!!! Outside of Fatima and sweet Elena no one spoke any English. I was even barked at to MOVE by some grumpy old Russian man stocking shelves. It was really hard to get help from this store. I stood at the counter asking for meat pies only to be told "dont speak English". I even asked customers for help only to get the same reply. I had to ask an American delivery man to help me. Russians are welcomed, Americans beware... I did spend over 100 bucks there and got a free candy bar so thanks for that!! P.S Elena the sweet Siberian girl behind the meat counter is very helpful. Her English is pretty good and she was wonderful in helping me find products my husband requested. If youre a clueless American like me, Ask for Elena.

Poor costumer service! They cant even smile!Dont ask for help, youll get their attitude in return! Lazy and just rude! We were there 20 minutes before closing and I apologized but lady just gave me attitude and told us to cash out now! I spend $100 and drove 3 hours just to give them business and they cant even appreciate that. Disappointed!!!!!!

i love the variety of products that this store has. i love the smoked mackerel, did not care for the dry fish in a vacuum pack. it reminds me of the stuff we used to have and eat in europe. a little far for me to drive, but when i am in the area, i make sure to stop by each time.

Wonderful selection! They have an amazing deli with meats and homemade cakes and baked goods. Wide variety of dairy products. I felt like I was in a real Russian shop. Ill definitely be back!

10 min. before closing they cant slice salami. No "best before" on some merchandise. Sometimes deleted by them.
