I suspect these postings are false . . . this in no way is a five star restaurant. The food is HORIBLE. For starters my water had something greasy and black dots in it, I ask for another and they gave me a used lemon. The salt was stuck to the salt shaker, then I got my food and my orange chicken was white as a ghost, no seasoning no salt no nothing and it tastes just like it looked, my friends food was just as HORRIBLE. Will never come back here again . On the way out another couple said the same thing, I was wondering why no one was in there that should have been my first clue!!!

Ive eaten here numerous of times and had the pleasure of meeting the owner Tony...who has become a great friend to myself and many others. The food served there or carry-out is the best Ive eaten. This isnt your familiar greasy chinese take-out on just about every corner, its so much more and definately taste 100-times better!! So, if youre a true food lover of any culture, especially that of Chinese...then youll love dining at JADE PALACE! -Isaiah (Troy, MI)

I have been going there for about for over 20 years now. Being just a few blocks from me. The food and service is always the same. Friendly, quick, and good traditional Chinese food. There are worst and I suppose better, but Jade Palace wont disappoint you. I have to give it five stars because I have never had a bad experience in a lot of years, nor bad food. Great place to take out or eat in.

Got a number for the Secretary of State next door, came over and ordered lunch. Not only did I get my food and eat it before my number came up at the secretary of state, but I was also able to run across the street for a drink. Food was pretty good, their sesame chicken is the standard breaded kind, sauce had a little extra kick that I enjoyed.

I loved the food but the environment seems dark and uninviting. The service was fast but the waitress spilled out my food into the bag a little bit...but the food is awesome

Friendly service, good food BUT I ordered steak ala steak with shrimp egg foo young and hardly any steak I forgot I ordered it until I found a piece.

Was told 10-15 minutes for some egg rolls, but it took 45-50 minutes and the front desk lady screwed up orders left and right.
