I was dining in 3/11/15, at approximately 12:30 pm, when I over heard the manager of this establishment openly criticizing and shaming an employee loud enough to disturb the lunch experience for all guests and fellow co-workers in the restaurant. I am not quite sure what started this debacle, however I did over hear the employee calmly letting the manager know she had a few questions and then the manager immediately disregarding her while demanding she punch out for a break, continued to scream about how she is a grown ass women, she got louder and louder while the employee, obviously embarrassed and confused by this was trying to do as she had asked by punching out, was continuing to be yelled and cursed at. This behavior disgusted me. To think that this sort of management is condoned is ludicrous to me. I have been a manager for 11 years . I have had my fair share of difficult employees, some by choice, others just trying to learn and I would never dream of jeopardizing the moral of my team, or the integrity of my place of business by shaming an employee the way this women shamed the nice lady trying to learn her job.

Tonight was the last straw. Ordered a nachos bell grande and 2 beefy bean burritos to go. I get home and the nachos were nothing but broken up chips and the portion was easily half the size of normal. The burritos were also super taquito like small, unbelievable. I came here giving this location a second chance because a few weeks ago I walked in and no one could be seen to help me for at least 4-5 mins. Finally, when a "manager " come out and looked liked she would help me, she instead started arguing with an employee under her about his hours and when he should be clocking in. At which time I was done and so, I just walked out. I seriously dont know whats wrong with the crew at this location, but they win, Im done.

Came here around 1:30am. Ordered 4 soft tacos and a potato taco and when i got home (4 minute drive) found out that food was not near warm and my potato taco was rock hard. had to reheat everything in the microwave, so i had warm tomato and lettuce with my soft tacos and had to throw out my potato taco. Dont go late, all the employees shut down everything early so they can rush home. I could of waited 5 more minutes, i understand that they might of had a slow night but doesnt mean that they should shut down everything early and when a customer come shouldnt give them cold food and know that they are giving them cold food.

Ive been eating here regularly for years and have no problems with the food/service, the problem is theyve been out of cherry Pepsi for about 10 months. It wasnt a huge deal because i like the red Mt Dew just as much, but they just replaced that and no longer carry it. But seriously how do you run a taco bell without cherry Pepsi for almost a whole year? Does the cherry flavor cost extra and its a cost saving method by being forever out of stock of it? These the real questions.

ordered 3 soft tacos and a crunch wrap supreme with a drink For some reason they couldnt simply split this order up despite the fact there was literally no line Also lady claimed she was the only one working, yet two people were talking on the drive thru Update, Im here now and they wont make boxes because understaffed, so I ordered everything in the box. I swear these workers are stupid or something

The google listing says they are open until 4:30 am. I showed up at 2:55 am and was told they were closed. I asked when they closed and the woman told me 3 am. Normally I wouldnt show up 5 minutes before close but the closing time was incorrect and I still wanted food but was turned away.

Its a Taco Bell so I think four stars is the most you can honestly award even the best example. This is one of the examples that has the brand new corporate layout inside. Good staff, clean bathrooms, nice seating area, double drive through order lanes, clean parking lot.

Horrible, waited 28 minutes for my order, and one of the cooks, and a manager were swearing at a unhappy customer, very rude, service while at least 23 drive thru customers were served after my order was placed, and before I got my order, something must be done!!!!!!

The corporate website and their google profile says "open until 3AM on Sundays" but theyre not. Theyre open until 2AM. They should really correct that with corporate and on Google.
