Went there today for a to-go order. They ran out of both chicken and veggies while making my bowl said they would put them on when more was ready. They ended up not doing that, threw a lid on my bowl and stuck it in a bag with my fiances nacho so we paid about 8 bucks for some rice beans and cheese. Tried to address situation in store but couldnt get an employees attention. fiance called and talked to manager shortly after we got home. No resolution but the gist of the conversation was that they would not acknowledge that there was an issue because we had left the resturant.

Filthy and they dont listen. I have gotten 3 cheese nachos from Qdoba for 10+ years and never been more disappointed. The person making them assembled them backwards which completely changes how you have to eat them. Did not even ask if I wanted salsa. Also, the floor, booths, and tables are covered in old food and food wrappers. And pretty sure they had the air conditioning on, had to eat with my coat on. Severely disappointed.

After ordering online here several weeks in a row for myself and my co-workers, we wont be back. The food is made wrong every time or something is missing from my order and I have to return to the restaurant to get it fixed. Today, the assistant manager made my order wrong and the answer I got was "He is new". Ridiculous, dont waste your time or money here.

Online ordered steak nachos and chicken nachos and three beef tacos right ... Simple enough I got two chicken nachos wrong beans wrong salsa and the beef tacos that I ordered get this had pulled pork in one and the other two were lettece and cheese and thats it so thank you qdoba I will be going to elpatio from now on!

Terrible customer service. The two girls who were working when I ordered out had bad attitudes. I ask for more chicken and fajita vegetables as the serving size was not what I expected for how much I paid for a burrito. If I wanted a Taco Bell size burrito I would have gone to Taco Bell.

Over price and portion are not size to the cost i dont even putbit in thr mexican food group i should have eaten at on the broader and got an app and entree and drink for 10.00 i went to the one on south baldwin i wont go back ill go to taco bell next time.

My partner and I ate here and were delighted by the friendly service. The cashier was jovial and cracked jokes incessantly that you couldnt help but smile. And who can resist queso and guacamole for no extra charge?! Irresistibly delicious.

The food was good and the workers were quick. Despite the decent amount of workers, the trash was very full (almost overflowing). Also, the toilet seat in the womens bathroom slips, which makes you feel like you are going to fall in.
