Service has been great, esp an older lady on the night staff, not one of the teens mentioned in other reviews. Of course the younger staff has been great. In 15 trips since they have opened I had bacon left off a burger once, and it was slammed busy that night. No biggie, I worked at DQ in winder eons ago, it happens people. You can also check your order in the parking lot, if your order is always wrong at places maybe its just bad luck, I didnt mess up that often at 17, but it happened occasionally and I made it correct. I can feed 3 for $15 as the sides with the burger make feeding kids fun with options. Im glad they opened and also give waffle house a run for their money with the 2am bar crowd.

Every time I go to this particular cookout they ALWAYS get my order wrong or they just dont put what I ordered in the bag, they completely left all the sides for one of my orders, how does that go unnoticed? It wasnt even busy. I mean I guess if i wanted that, Id go somewhere crappy like McDonalds. When you pay for something you expect to get what you pay for, I guess thats not exactly a priority here. I guess if I want cookout and the food i ordered Ill go to the Athens location since they do their jobs right. Id give this place a 0 but the lowest i can go is one. I wont be returning here..

Dont even try it bunch of snot-nosed kids cant even do what there are trained to do got a double burger seriously seriously burnt I dont usually go back for a refund or any of that horseshit I wish theyd let me post a picture this damn thing dont even try it..... By far the best service Ive ever had in any cookout . I come to the first window all the time the beautiful young lady with a half sleeve tattoo and young man with glasses in that window always smiling and willing to help in every way . By far my favorite two in that cook out . Not to mention the food always hot just how I like .

I first experienced this restaurant in Fayettville, NC and loved it. I later relocated to Winder, GA and they built one. When I say their Milk Shakes are heaven on earth I really mean it. The Peach Cobbler is the greatest of all times. I dont eat beef or pork. I do eat other things on the menu and its all outstanding.

Would have given them 5 Stars but they didnt get the condiments on our burgers right. Otherwise the regular burger was better and bigger than the double burger. We had maybe 5 medium to small sized onion rings that were good but we only got 5? I will be back but will order a regular burger and french fries next time.

I ordered inside and I felt like I was waiting forever for my meal, there were people who ordered after me that were getting there food before me. And that doesnt even compare to how dirty it was in there. I looked for ten minutes to find a good table because they were so dirty, I decided to eat in my car instead.

Food is amazing but the service is absolutely awful it seems as if they hired every teenager that walked through the door and lets just say they are more concerned about talking to each other and playing on their phones then doing their job correctly and professionally!!!

This location always seems to disappoint me. The food is overcooked and I always have to check my food because something is always left out. I will stick to the Athens and Snellville locations. Sad that the one that I live by is not "cookout " quality.

Going down hill. When it first opened I had good experiences. These last few times were poor. Poor food quality. personally I dont like my fast food burgers ever to have a hint of being rare and the one I got today was pink. It ended up in the trash.

We had to wait 20 minutes for our food. When we got it it was almost cold. They also forgot part of the order which I had to wait another 5 minutes to get. They also use the cheapest nastiest hot dogs Ive ever had from a restaurant.

The prices are great, the food is better. I was able to feed myself and 5 kids for under $30! The restaurant was clean and the staff was pleasant. Will definitely eat there again.
