Everything used to be so wonderful, the food, the service, everything. One of my visits I had to return 4 times for them to correct my food. I decided to give them another chance because their customer service IS out of this world. I always ask for a fresh chicken patty AND fries. The next visit was again a major let down, after asking for my patty and fries to be made fresh , I asked one of the shift leaders to take it back because it came out immediately and I knew it was not fresh. She returned with the same food claiming that everything had just came up when I ordered. My fries were hot but stale and overly salted, my chicken was so cold that my cheese wasnt even melted. I WAS PISSED but did not want to deal with anymore problems . I will not return to this location until Chelsea the kitchen manager is fired and replaced with a manager who actually cares about the quality of the food being served

Wow! You barely feel like youre at a fast food restaurant here! Eating there, I just felt acknowledge in a nice and different way. I witnessed workers doing everything they could to serve people and the service extended until the moment they walked out the doors. I thought I maybe would have been bothered by too many of the workers trying TOO hard to serve and try and take away my trash before I was done or sweep under me as I sat or something, but nope. Their timing was great. Hey, whens Chick Fil A going antibiotic free? Good job, guys.

I came during the super busy lunch time with my two year old son. I was greeted at the door and offered order from table service because I very much had my hands full. The manager very sweetly found a table in the extremely crowded restaurant for us and we were treated like a king and a queen. I cannot even begin to tell you how highly I recommend the service at this restaurant. I am humbled by their kindness. And the food was great! As always.

They really deserve 5 stars but they gave me the wrong order! (I blame the car in front me! They skipped in Drive Thru! lol) Seriously though.....I have NEVER experienced this HIGH level of customer service at a fast food place. I made up my mind to write a review today after going for lunch (across the street) and was back at work within 10 minutes of leaving. AWESOME, fast drive thru service!

I always enjoy coming here because of the service. The manager is very friendly and considerate, as well as the employees. Once, an employee saw me coughing at my table and offered to bring me a cup of water. They also have many exciting promotions throughout the year, such as the time when they teamed up with Waffle House to serve chicken and waffles. Tasty and friendly!

I came in today to dine in during the lunch rush. Though it was incredibly busy, I was served very quickly and my food was fresh and hot. I have never seen such efficient team work from a restaurant like this. Every member behind the counter and on the floor made sure I had what I needed. It made a stressful day much more pleasant.

This is quite possibly the most well run chicfila you have ever been to, period. This restaurant in particular is a premium location(lead store like there are head Verizon and AT&T stores). Superb service, quality, newest technology, and so fast even when busy! Love this location and its very popular

This is an excellent Chick-fil-a location. The service is phenomenal and everything is clean and vibrant. They decorated the restaurant with flowers in vases at each table. The restroom is also very clean and tidy. The restroom also has minor toiletries provided such as mouthwash and moist towelettes.

Went here this morn6. Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Drive thru was speedy, despite how cold those poor guys had to been standing outside taking orders. One of my favorite places to splurge. They always make a positive start to your day with outstanding attitudes.

I spilled my drink everywhere, and the employees and the manager were so nice and quick to clean it up, move me to another table, and bring me a new drink. The customer service at all Chic Fil A locations is great, but this location is the best Ive ever seen. Thank you!

Quite possibly the best and most friendly Chick-fil-a there is. The managers are always there running around greeting people and making sure there visit is the best it can be. Its a very busy location, but they are always quick to serve and get you on your way.

At first I order the breakfast platter and was told there is no gravy. I changed my order to a 4ct. Mini meal. The bread was hard. Chicken was cold and my hash browns were cold. Didnt have time to go back, I was on my way to work. Highly disappointed.

I swear I eat there like 2-3 times a week on my break at work. Its super convenient and fast with orders. I absolutely love going there. Staff is super nice and respectful. Id give it 10 stars if I could. Yall are amazing and keep up the good work!

Just moved to this side of town. Love Chickfila, but this particular one has gotten my drive thru order wrong or left out items altogether several times. Theyve always made it right, but the one on Barnett Shoals was always 100%. Just sayin.

Not on top of their game. Order was wrong in a couple ways. Getting sauces took effort. Half the tables needed bussing. All of the trash cans looked full. Not what I expect from Chick-fil-A but still better than many fast food restaurants.

Awesome service. Pulled up to a massive line that only took a few minutes due to the two employees taking orders and payments outside. They were literally walking alongside cars as the cars kept traffic rolling. Impressed.

Omg I never sit inside but today I did and was so pleased. I was greeted at the door offered a seat, menu and a server took my order all the staff was pleasant and accommodating. I will definitely sit inside more often

The drive-thru is probably the most efficient one in the world for the amount of cars that pass through. The staff is polite, professional, and very friendly. And the food of course rocks.

The quality of service and food is horrible when busy. Had to wait in the drive thru for chicken that wasnt cooked all the way. Management sucks and when confronted did nothing.

Fast friendly and family friendly, especially for those with small kids. Still has a playground. Not as many special events as other CFA but consistent, clean and friendly!
