Went in with the family after shopping at the outlet mall two weeks ago. While my family was ordering I went to use the restroom. The Ladies was absolutely disgusting so I went to the Mens. It was even more gross with what looked like vomit all over. I couldnt use either one, they were so disgusting. I went to the counter and told my husband, who commented that the area behind the registers didnt look clean either. We canceled our order, left and went down I85 to another DQ which was clean. Would not recommend this location.

Food was quicklying delivered and was steaming hot! Too hot! Burned my tongue on the chicken. I went back up to the register for my sundae and the cashier asked me to grab a water out of the fridge for someone in the Drive-thru. Sorry, but I dont work here! Also, he practically harassed all the customers including myself about filling out the survey on the receipt. Kind of over stepped their bounds...

Stopped in this DQ for a blizzard on a road trip. Took too long to help customers. This issue was compounded by the staff messing up orders and having to fix them. Then, once we were finally given our blizzards, theo utside of one was dripping with ice cream which we had to clean off. The cashier assured us it was water, but it was white, so... Also, there was no soap or hand towels in the mens room.

We wanted a foot long hot dog but DQ no longer offers one. The owner went out of his way to make one for us using smaller hot dogs. Awesome service!
