Stopped in to grab gift cards and ended up getting something for everyone. The floor play is very open a tad unusual for a coffee shop but quiet and inviting none the less. The staff were very helpful and patient with our orders and the quality of the coffee was top notch, got frozen coffee drinks for the most part and was surprised that the coffee flavor was completely pronounced and was impressed. My only gripe was the cost at nearly thirty dollars for the four of us a bit high for the area but to be expected in line with quality prepared coffee.

This place is awful. They are cheap. When you order a Red Bull Cream Freeze, its one can of Red Bull per drink. Order two drinks, two cans. Not here! He may pretend to put two, but watch him close. Hell tell you there are two when he actually one puts one! Dont trust these people with your Biggby Drinks. There is a much better location on Telegraph South of Wick. This place has been a problem since it opened less than a year ago! Do not go here!

I really like this Biggby! Austin is great. Last time he saw me pull up and had my coffee ready for me! All of the employees I have encountered in the morning has very been very friendly. Afternoons, not always the same, but I usually go in the morning anyways. Something I would change is having some music on or something. Its a big open layout and super quiet when you walk in. But, I now prefer this Biggby over the one closer to my house! :)

Have been there 3 times in the last few weeks when they were out of the house coffee! Response from staff-I come at a busy time?!? Its a COFFEE shop! And rarely is there someone there when I am....probably because they expect a coffee shop to have coffee, just like I do. Will have to go back to Tim Hortons where the lines are long - obviously for a good reason.

Dishonest business - will not return: Ordered 2 RedBull Cream Freezes, on two different occasions. Per their main office, they are supposed to use two cans of RedBull, but they only used one - trying to be slick and rip people off. He then lied right to my face about it, even though I watched. Dirty.
