Went here for lunch last week on 6/16/17. We waited at the front to be seated for around 5-10 min as there no hostess or organization at the front of the house. Upon finally being seated, we waited 10 min or so for the waitress to come to our table to be told that the food would be take around 30-40 minutes to be served. At this point, I had already been at the restaurant for 20 minutes and didnt have time to leave and go somewhere else as I was on my lunch break. My friend and I ordered an appetizer which never came out. When our food was finally served our waitress told us . I dont know what happened to your spinach dip, but here is your food basically. We then had to pretty fast as we could to get back to work. But proceeded to wait another 20 minutes to get our bill as the waitress advised she had to have her manager come and remove the spinach dip from the bill because we never received it. All in all, I can say this was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced and i do not plan on returning to this location in the future. They need to have more organization and people working the front of the house.

So after working a 60 hour work week I figured " Ill order some goood old BDubs cause I dont wanna cook". Call up, placed on hold for 10 f***ing minutes to finally have my order taken....frustrating already right?...so, go in have to knock on the door to get in due to yound adults all chilling in the entry way. Get my food, drive back home to eat and guess what....the food is cold as a ice cube, hard as a rock like its just b.s. wings that were sitting and hardly any sauce. So obviously very pissed off I call back up to talk to a manager and yet again get a 10 minute wait. I personally am a manager and understand being busy but if I ever had a employee put a customer on hold twice for twn minutes wed be having a nice chat. Horrible service and food. Take a trip and get hooters wings.

Terrible service. One of the waitresses started an argument with me because she wanted to be rude to us. By the way we werent even her customers. She was just being nosey and wanted to butt in. She just started head rolling and rolled her eyes at me. Never will I ever be back there, and the manager didnt even do anything about it. Im sorry but thats not how customer service should be. Very upsetting.

This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings in this country. Im usually a very reasonable person but for god sake dont give me the wrong food and than never come back to the table. Terrible managers terrible workers they all look like they are going to commit suicide like a emo girl or something. I really wish I can give this place a negative 10 but thats not possible.

Food was decent. On a lunch with multiple people so gathering everyone up and going elsewhere wasnt an option. They said it was going to be 10 minutes and that turned into 50 minutes countless times telling us only a couple more minutes. It was an hour and a half before seeing food. Completely uncalled for when the place was more than half empty.

Boneless wings Thursdays are the way to do it. The restaurant itself is fine, lots of tvs for those who like to keep up with the sports. They also have the trivia that is more fun than youd think. The staff is also fine, though past experience have been hit or miss with being quick or attentive. all it all, its a good hangout place.

The establishment was clean and visually appealing. The food was quick and well-tasting for the price paid. Buffalo Wild Wings also provides table-side entertainments and a large array of large screen TVs. Overall a wonderful place to go for a relatively quick meal or drink with friends/family for a reasonable price.

Over an hour for their "fast break lunch"! Manager did not come out and offer any apologies for the extended wait time. Was not offered any free or discounted lunch which I just found out about in the picture I attached. 1 hour for a chicken wrap, think about that..... was not even close to busy

Worst customer service ever .. I would rather eat somewhere else and not go there again.. if u want to spend your money at buffalo, dont go to this one .. the waitress are extremely rude, dont respect , and wont be able to help you .. DONT go there . They dont even deserve our business.

Slow service!! Was not prepared for lunch rush at all. Food came out looking as if it had been sitting in the window and there was barely any sauce on the wings. Manger blamed it on how many orders there were and that the kitchen staff was rushing. Very dissatisfied.

Wings were not fresh. They seem to be sitting around for a while. One of the wings looked like it was half eaten. Service was very slow. Prices to high for quantity and quality of food. Salad was not fresh either. I will not go back to this location.

I like Buffalo Wild Wings but the prices are so ridiculous I will not buy wings here anymore. After tax about $20.00 for a medium order. Thats out of control being its their main item. Thats not to mention cheese curds for $10.00.

Ask for my wings cooked well. Came out half cooked and not well. Manger promised to bring out hot wings after leaving them down for an additional 10mins. Came out the exact same way. Manager assured me they were cooked well.

Service is terrible u have to wait 25 mins at a time for your waitress and for a cup of water. Not very busy but yet the service sucked never going to this place again and the food was gross like the waitresses theirselves.

Friendly area wing + restaurant. Tons of TVs, helpful staff. Loud and lively when a game is going on. Usual BWW fare but can get burgers and more and a large take out area to grab and go back to the house or hotel.

After two hours of waiting with a group of 15 people (and it was NOT busy), we finally got cold food delivered in bags and boxes. They refunded us, which was nice, but we shouldnt have had to wait that long.

Horrible service, only one other at bar and she never even checked on me. Chicken in wrap was old and burnt, fries were burnt and tasted like oil. never go back again. way over priced for bad food and service.

Dont get me wrong, I love Buffalo Wild Wings but man the service in this locations is so slow. The waiters are sassy when you ask whats going on and honestly this has happened the past 6 times we came here.

One of my order of wings were ice cold, but they did happen to heat it up again after a little bit of argument... Staff was really slow and didn’t come by at all. Needed more water, but they never came.

The food was excellent, nice and hot upon arriving to the table. Carrot sticks were fresh. Cherry Limeade drink has the right blend of sweet and sour. Waitress was extremely attentive and friendly.

The server was friendly. The chicken on the barbecue sandwich seemed like fake chicken and did not taste like chicken. The salt and vinegar fries where good though. Will not be returning.
