I have nothing but contempt for this business owner, who lands outlandish and patently fails claims in an attempt to claim victim status when he assumes, accuses and then attempts to create drama as a way to shift the blame from himself... its also the worst coffee shop in T.C. - the Brew, Espresso Bay, etc. No A/C, WIFI is fail, manger is rude, etc. The only thing nice about it is the employees which keep it going for an otherwise cam-crazed tyrant that micro-manages them like slaves. The good manager and best employee around both left... bye Katie and Austin - you will be missed!

When placing our order for coffee the staff was rude. The other staff members made no indication that they heard me or my friend when we tried to let them know several pots of coffee were empty. A simple acknowledgement that they were aware they were empty and more would be out in just a moment. This will be my one and only trip to this coffee shop.
