Did you know sharks have been on this planet longer than trees have? Isnt that bananas? I havent read into it that much but Im assuming it has something to do with the nature of Pangaea possibly being located on a portion of earth that may not have been initially hospitable to most plant life whereas sharks kinda only needed the ocean and other life to feed off of to survive. Or maybe trees didnt really take root until after sharks evolved from some prehistoric ancestor. Ha, I didnt even notice I made a pun about trees taking root. Huh, what do ya know about that. Oh anyway yeah this places environment is super relaxing and the coffee and service are always delicious and friendly, respectively. I suppose you could say the service is delicious and the coffee is friendly but I feel like that wouldnt make much sense and would make the employees feel a little uncomfortable. Unless they wanna be described as delicious, in which case yeah you guys are definitely delicious. But how can coffee be friendly? I guess it could be considered friendly in that it picks you up like a good friend does, but Im not entirely sure. I dont know man just check out this place if youre in the neighborhood.

They have good coffee, very knowledgeable about their beans and brews. Did a coffee class there and it was good. Im not a coffee expert so my opinion is not the best...I like Keurig, old gas station, $tarbuck$ and even fancy coffee bars like this. Their prices seem good, beans are Sunergos, and everyone was very pleasant. The only things that bothered me (only slightly) was the fact that regular customers talking was drowning out the speaker of the class and the advice that to get a good espresso at home required at the least a good $800+ used or broken espresso machine online that I could take to a specific shop in Louisville and have repaired. Wtf? But all in all, a good experience.

Sunergos coffee served by the friendliest baristas around. The coffee is locally roasted and deeply satisfying. Cozy up on a sofa in front the fireplace or chat with friends at the barn wood tables over a steaming cup of the days brew will bring a smile to your face.

I had their black bear mocha and tried some of my friends green tea. Both were delicious. I had a fun chat with the baristas about Chemex and Vaccum brewing and they seemed very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is hip and well maintained. They can brew chemex here.

This little place was awesome! I loved the theme and decor as much as the product and service. Everything was delicious and the WiFi was also great (which is always appreciated when looking for a caffeine fix and place to study). Loved it!
