Outside and interior decor is welcoming along with the menu. Im sure there are bright and cheery servers here but our server didnt bother to check on us,she seemed annoyed and sat in a booth and stared outside lol. The shrimp basket is equivalent to frozen shrimp at a store(if not exactly what it is),the cocktail sauce was more solid than sauce(expired?). We ordered 2 sandwiches,the reuben and chix tender. Both were meh,sauce is bland for reuben,chix tender is manageable because....chix tender. Sauerkraut is canned,thats a 100%. Steamed vegetables are 100% from a frozen pack. Bacon burger is a bacon burger but bacon is cheap and so are the fries here. Not sure why its rated so high. I still tipped the server generously,ya never know what someone is going through. I recommend to stay away or come at a Saturday during the peak to see whats really up,I will never return.

I ordered the Grilled Chicken over Rice entrée. Nearly half the chicken pieces were inedible, with a rubber-like consistency. The "Red sauce" that came with it didnt have much flavor; it tasted like it was straight from a can. The steamed vegetables were definitely of the pre-chopped frozen bag variety. The lemon rice soup and rice were decent. I realized (after leaving) that I wasnt served the greek bread that should have come with the entrée. Pros: server was nice, restaurant was clean, and I got my food quickly (this was approximately 1:30pm on a Friday) Due to my experience I dont plan on returning to Red Olive, nor will I recommend the chain to anyone.

My department ordered carry-out twice from there and both times they either forgot a meal or gave us the wrong food. Today I ordered a Turkey Rueben and received a regular Rueben. They forgot our soup which we noticed before we left. I dont like sour kraut so basically my lunch was ruined. I dont have the time to go back and have it fixed so lets just say this is my last time getting lunch (or any meal) from there. Not sure what their problem is. Our order wasnt that big and it wasnt busy.

Really disgusting food. I ordered the spanakopita which was ENORMOUS and THICK. Not how a spanakopita should be. It tasted horrible. It came with rice that had some sort of tomato sauce that was very bland. The vegetables were obviously from a frozen pack. I barely touched my food and the waitress didnt even give me a discount or inquire as to why I didnt eat my food. Would never, ever, ever come back here.

If I had more time in the mornings, Id probably stop here once or twice every week and grab an omelette special. Great deal, the omelettes are pretty decent quality, and youll leave feeling satisfied. The western omelette is my favorite, and thankfully, they dont skimp on the veggies here.

Truth be told Ive only gone there for one thing: Salad and Gyro combo. I like it, the Greek salad is tasty and the gyro is great. I go there about one maybe two times a month. The food is pretty quick and the service as expected.
