It was a major disappointment . We had 6 people at our table and they only got 1 order correct . The food was not that good . I asked for my steak to be medium well . When it was brought to the table I cut into it and it looked medium . I did accept it because I have a fear of what they might do to returning food . After about few bites I figured out it was rare or not cooked at all just browned . I ended up wasting a 20 dollar steak . We spent 150.00 for our meals and honestly I have had a better meal at Big Boy . I will not got there again and recommend you dont either.

Zero stars. Had the Sunday buffet and it was HORRIBLE! scrambled eggs were dry as were bacon and pancakes. Was only an hour into buffet, There was no fruit or hash browns as advertised on their website. They need to learn to not scrimp on the quality of the Sunday food lineup, it reflects poorly on their regular menu . So disappointed.

We have been here twice and both times everything was great! Today we had dinner. My hubby has the loaded burger and I had the Yankee pot roast sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravey. We were both speechless!!! The food was so delicious we could not think of words to explain how wonderful it was!

Ordered a breakfast. No more than 15 people in restaurant. Took 50 minutes for an omelet. Server kept apologizing but was not even interested in refilling my coffee. Food came and eggs were hot hash browns cold. Dont eat there the place is not organized.

We waited 50 minutes and finally left . The food never arrived and we were the only table in the entire restaurant on a Sunday night. Got my Groupon refunded too- never going back there again to waste my precious time

Great service. Worst food I ever had experienced for the price. Walleye was overcooked and no more than around 4 oz. And how can you screw up fries!? Soggy/cold. Dinner salad good. No bread with meal.

Dont even have what they have on their website menu in the restaurant my two sons food was ice cold when it came out dont have half the stuff that they say they have never eat there again

The food is so inconsistent that you cant develop a "favorite" but the atmosphere brings you back. And service is always poor. Its a gamble but you might get lucky--you just never know!

Had lunch while shopping at Lakeside Mall. A very busy place. A bit of a line to order and had to wait a while for the food prep. Was worth it. Food is fresh and delicious.
