The dining in experience is great. Its the take out that absolutely sucks. I get its new and there are coorks they gotta workout. But Ive given them many chances to redeem themselves and its been a busy. They never get my drink order right. Its spilt. Its been like half a cup. I asked for a refund or a free one and she said she could refund it and I had to come in and get my free one. And today I ordered a frozen Carmel and I for a mocha.....and it looks great! But its not what I ordered. And the sticker even says frozen Carmel on the cup. My food has come smushed. I was missing things that I had asked for. Like I bought a cookie and it wasnt in my bad and she didnt refund me for that either! Good thing I have utensils at work because sometimes I dont get any. I get that it gets busy. Especially around lunch. Ive worked fast food. I TOTALLY get it trust me. But I order time and again giving faith that itll be great and it dissapoints.

Why is the cashier arguing with me over putting my soup in the bread bowl? you guys skimp the portions when I get it separately. Im not an idiot, stop talking to me like Im an idiot cashier at, Panera Bread. On top of it my request was NOT even done! they did not even put my soup in the bread bowl like I asked! Does anybody care about the environment anymore? I dont need an extra cup when I would like my soup to be in the brea. There is a reason I asked for this and then the cashier and the kitchen staff want to make comments about my request, " I told her thats the first time Ive ever had this request" I should be contacting the corporate office about this. That is extremely unprofessional to mock a customer behind the counter about their request in their order.

I usually love panera and I usually dont write reviews but I wont be back to this store anytime soon. I ordered a chicken ceasar sandwich without onions add bacon on a sunday afternoon. It took a half hour to get my sandwhich in an empty store. Then I realized that there was no bacon. No ceasar dressing, and the meat they put on looked like turkey. I went to the counter and was met with a short haired blonde girl. She stared at me when I said the order was wrong, asked for the receipt, and incinuated a few times that I was wrong. She was completely rude to me for no reason. I got my food back without an appology and still had to ask for dressing. Just overall disapointed.

I order from Panera Bread alot and today was the last time. I ordered my lunch at 12pm and at 1:15 they called to tell me they didnt have enough drivers do i still want my food? well yeah my work lunch is almost over but he said he would be here in a couple mins. 2pm he shows up. expects me to pay full price for a lunch that is an hour and half late and when i tell him to take it back he says "way to waste my time"... um im sorry but you wasted my work lunch! when i called to make sure my money was returned they hung up on me twice. SMH

Out of all the panera breads out there in this world this one takes the cake for being the most incompetent and least caring store. Paid 6 dollars for 2 large cold coffees that werent even mixed with the cream or sugar i had asked to be mixed in. That wasnt enough though panera continues not to give a damn when i wait 20 minutes for souffles. I dont want your processed food enough to wait 20 minutes it isnt that great. But panera if you have the audacity to charge 16 dollars for 2 coffees and 2 souffles dont screw everything up.

Theyre always out of some sort of bread or baguette that comes with meals. I understand near closing time why this may be the case but I eat here frequently because its close to home and this location constantly needs to substitute another bread for whatever the order. Multiple baguettes have been extra hard/inedible at times as well. I go back for the broccoli cheese soup though as thats rarely screwed up...unless theyre out of it which Ive also experienced more than once hours before close.

Great customer service. The drive thru person misheard my order. I went back in to get what I had really ordered. They had someone in the lobby who, I think, must have been there just for people like me. She apologized and said they would make it right, then offered me a pastry for my troubles. Everything was delicious. Mistakes happen in fast food, but I like how they took the time to resolve the issue in a friendly way and through in a little something extra as well.

I used rapid order pick-up. The order wasnt ready when I arrived, which was 10 minutes longer than my confirmation said it would take. A 20 minute sandwich isnt exactly "rapid." Then, not only was my order sloppily thrown together, requiring me to reassemble it myself, it was also incorrect. $10.50 for a sandwich is ridiculous. $10.50 for the wrong sandwich that looks like a toddler threw it on the floor before I got there is unacceptable.

Dont ever come here. They dont get your order right they are very rude. Asked for extra butter with my toasted bagel and they didnt give us any butter. Food isnt even that great for the price they want. And if you order a salad make sure that they give you more than just the teaspoon of dressing with it. Very annoying. If you want to pay for rude service and not getting your order correct this is the place to go.

I would not even give this place one star if i could. PLEASE dont go here, i got terrible food poisoning from the chicken noodle bread bowl, and steak and cheese panini. I literally vomited twice and hour a couple of hours after eating this. Im a college student and i had to miss class because of this, i honestly dont know what they do to their food but when they say its fresh its BULLSHIT. do not go here

My wife loves Pandra but the food I have had didnt impress so I split the difference and gave them an average rating. Will say its a good place for an informal business meeting / lunch. Inside reminds me of a Barnes and Noble minus the books.

Very rude. A lot of yelling and conversation in front of customers. When I went to order they were yelling, and rude doing othet things like stocking when taking my order. So rude will never come back inside that location.

Order taker was rude. I was next in line but she invited the guy 6 feet behind me to come next. Rolled her eyeballs when I said I was next. Salad I ordered didnt have all the ingredients for a Cobb salad.

Nice and quite location to have a sandwich and a bowl of soup. I like this location because it always seems to be fairly calm when I get there.
