This is the worst Panera I have ever been to. I have never been so moved as to leave a bad review anywhere. I, a tired teenager, just wanted a nice sandwich. I ordered one online, picked it up, brought it home. What I unwrapped was not a sandwich, but a veggie massacre from hell. The sandwich, if we can call it that, consisted of one piece of lettuce, and a slice of tomato, put towards the front of the bread to look like it had more in it. It was a sham, just like everything else this Panera location stands for. This happened to me twice; the second time, they were kind enough to put two(two!!) pieces of lettuce on the bread monstrosity. Ill just make the longer drive to Bethel road next time.

This store has literally changed the way I view the company. Ever since a new manager came in this store has turned upside down. Obviously making employees feel turned down as well because they are not having fun like they used too anymore. I hope everyone leaves this store and it loses the lewis center business. Never again will this store be the same.

Service is good, but the wifi doesnt work. Ive tried two devices and have read many forums with no luck. Dissatisfied and obviously not coming back when many other places have working wifi.

Fast service with slightly dirty dining area. I arrived around 7:30pm and the coffee was a few hours old, last brewed at 5PM. Not terrible overall. They were fairly busy up until close

I had an okay visit I place an order online and was to be ready at 10:45am, I arrived at 10:44 to pick up my order. My order was not ready at 10:45, I got handed my order at 10:54am
