I love the chicken,but the service ....If I ask you to give us a minute to make our decision,I know you were getting set to clean up the store,but we had 45min before 9 oclock and to Rush us as if we were not Worth the min ,I clearly asked for,it was bad service,rude and surely no longer Worth my business to your store,I know it couldnt have to been an race issue, or was it, either way, I did not appreciate our treatment,but the free drink was as least a small measure for what your team has displayed to a coustmer,and its not fair I have to suffer,cause its the best chicken on this side of Taylor or Allen park, signed, why,!!

They ran out of biscuits but they didnt tell anyone until they had already paid. What a scam. We were offered a small side like green beans or corn as a replacement. They were also completely out of soda. Very poor management. Your restaurant has been there for decades. You know you are always busy on Sundays. Stock your supplies accordingly. This isnt even a holiday - just a regular Sunday. The chicken was very good as always. Ill keep coming back. They just really messed up today.

Im always disappointed to wait for anything, but the combo I picked up today was well worth it. My past few experiences at this KFC turned me off due to poor service and food being slopped together, but the recent visit proved that good fast food is still out there; you can usually tell by the way your order is taken, and everything was smooth sailing this time around. Thank you

My wife went to pickup the $20 family meal, based on my recommendation from the corporate website picture, with a nicely mounded bucket of chicken. What she came home with was a half-full bucket. Very disappointed, was robbed. I have pictures, but no way to share. I can on Facebook though, Michael W Sjostrom

Ordered a bucket of extra crispy but all the chicken was soggy and the hot crunchy strip container was placed sideways and all the sauce got all over my cars seat. This isnt the first time weve had problems so I wont be back.

I travel all over the United States for work. This KFC in Allen Park is the BEST KFC in the U.S. ! The chicken is always cooked perfect. The people that work there are very friendly. The restaurant is always clean. Td
