Be advised...You need to know what it is you want to order before you get there as they wont give you time to look at the menu. After each item you order you will hear..."Will that be all??????" It doesnt matter that there isnt anyone else in line. They are always in a rush to be done with you. The food isnt bad, however, its luck of the draw...items dont have everything they should have on them (lettuce on the Big Buford) or you get charged for a more expensive item (Baconzilla instead of the Big Buford) and then they dont answer the phone when you call about it. Its no wonder...that on an extremely busy corner where they should have more business...they dont. Spend your money elsewhere...not here - Burger King, Subway and Tubbys is right down the road ;) 4/2/2017

I just wanted to let everyone know this Checkers has problems. Ive gotten food there a few times but dont plan to go back because the quality of the food seems to very greatly from day to day. Ive never seen the same employee more than one time (different employees every time I go there). The last straw was when I ordered a baconzilla combo being one of the most expensive burgers on their menu. When I got home and opened it I found no cheese and a strip of pure half cooked fat as one of the bacon strips. That was totally discussing. Ive never once had an issue at other Checkers in the area so Im thinking the problem is with the employees or the training they get.

Do not go to this place!!!! Me and my girlfriend just went and both of our burgers are RAW!!! For someone who wants 15 dollars an hour for picking up burgers and designing them apparently cant even make sure their grill is clean enough to cook them right! IDIOTS ( Im writing this review on the toilet thanks to checkers)

They were very nice at this particular location, but the burger itself was dry and kinda hard around the edges like it was cooked too long or sat out. I cant bring myself to give them 1 or 2 stars because the people who took my order were very friendly, it was only the quality of the burgers that I didnt like.

They were rude... When talking in the speaker.. They did not check my order with me... Good thing I knew the total for my order. Plus they forgot my straw for the pop. I would not ever speak to my customers lime they dis that was a first and last for me to ever come back to the checkers in Southgate

Customer service is horrible... We will never go back. Customer service is very important in this type of business as there is always another fast food restaurant just around the corner. You should watch how you talk to people word of mouth is a very big advertisement.

The food was good for fast food. They were a bit slower than other chains and didnt get the order correct. It was a little disappointing being that we were asked to pull forward. The only thing special about our order was that the double cheeseburger was plain.
