I originally came here to order a Bacon Cheeseburger Toaster, some fries, and a Cherry Limeade, which is an item in itself that most people have left positive reviews about. This was also my first time coming to this restaurant as well. In any case, I approached the drive-thru and placed my order. After speaking in an even tone, the attendant seemed distracted and told me to repeat half my order. I did so, was given the amount, and was told to pull to the next available window. Once I received my order, I realized that I had received a Breakfast Toaster rather than the burger that I had originally ordered, an item that I was also asked to repeat at the drive-thru! The food and drink were good, but this restaurant really needs to train their employees to actually listen to what their customers are telling them, because it is clear from my experience that they only half listen to you. If I ever happen to go there again, Ill skip the drive-thru and try ordering from the carside menu instead.

This place is a nut house on the weekends with all of the kids go there tearing through the parking lot in their muscle cars...I am happy, but surprised that none of the car hops have gotten hit by a car in that parking lot. The food is pretty good. The desserts and shakes are yummy. You need to try their pickleos...they are delicious fried pickles. Let me warn you though, be very careful and let them sit for about 5-10 minutes so they can cool off a bit. They are made to order, they are not cooked in batches and sitting under heat lights. These this are fresh out out boiling oil. The first time that we ever ordered them, I picked one out of the bag, bit into it and burned the inside of my mouth with scalding hot pickle juice. Wasnt really able to taste anything more for that night and the next day, but we went back for more another time, let them cool off some, got to taste them...and they were deeeelishious!!!

Ive been hoping too get Sonic for the longest time. And thats what I got. A long time. I waited over an hour minutes to get my food. I hat to ask after 40 minutes of waiting to ask "how much longer until my order is ready?" They told me they had an error and deleted my order. They made no effort to check on me. They told me to reorder and offered no apology when I did. When the server came out, she explained that whomever rang me as a drive in, then deleted my order as a drive off. She did apologize to me though. And the food was really good. Im just very angry that I got bad service and no incentive to make me come back here to this location again. Ill try another Sonic location next time. I hate writing bad reviews...

Downriver at its finest I guess. The last three times Ive been here, Ive had cold burger and fries, what tasted like raw chicken slopped together on a bun and the final time will be today after I got cold chicken tenders, nasty onion rings, a toaster burger that wasnt even toasted, it look like they grabbed the bread straight out the bag and made the sandwich with a disgusting milk shake. Worst experience at sonics ever and they dont even have a voicemail set up to accept a complaint. Sorry quality food like everything else around here. P.s. Dont look for jelly with your breakfast sandwich because for some strange reason they dont serve jelly as a condiment. So you have to eat your dry breakfast sandwich alone.

I went to sonic today at 12 am order two concretes one a reeses one a heath extra heath well i got a reeses with heath and a heath with reeses when i called in after making it home a 30min drive got the manager Chelsea and her words u got what u order just with the wrong candy on it there nothing i can do. U already ate them. No i didnt i live 30 mins away. Then put on hold now told i can have replacement.. guess i should feel like im wrong cuase i want the right candy on the right concrete... wish there was a another sonic

Good selection of hotdogs and such an array of choices on drinks, shakes, etc. They have a drive-thru, but we usually park under the covered parking and order from the speaker at the parking spot. My favorite side is the cheddar peppers, spice wise, theyre not hot but always hot (temperature). You could probably go there everyday for 6 months and not drink the same thing twice lol

With all of the media attention on fast food workers wanting to make $15 an hour, the fact that this place cannot read an order screen to provide its customers with the proper order clearly printed on the receipt is justification for minimum wage. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger no tomato, charged for a bacon cheeseburger, provided with a plain cheeseburger.

Watch yourself...use cash only here! Waitress took the card inside to run it. Incidentally, the only place our card was used downriver, and magically that same card (at least the numbers) was used ten days later at three nearby stores to the tune of $900. Clearly someone skimmed the card, maybe the waitress, maybe a boyfriend or friend.

Never make to 50pc chicken orders through the drive in... They will rush the cooking and it wouldnt even be fully cooked. I love the food but its not worth the food poisoning... Just make sure you dont order to much for them to handle or youll have food poisoning for the next few days...

Horrible customer service during a rush, didnt get syrup or my tots with my French toast sticks, and they almost forgot my girlfriends sauce, when she asked for it and they basically three it at her out the window. The pop was out of syrup and the fries were stiff in the middle.

Their ice cream and shake machine is NEVER working. You wait in a super long line only to get up to the speaker to order and then they tell you the machine is down. It is the middle of summer and the past 3 times I have been there this had happened. Over priced and rude!

Reminds me of a drice thru ud see in old movies. Great place to go for food and also if youre into cars or a car enthusiast, its a great place to go on nicer days to see all the different types of vehicles around your area! Annd an awesome soot for the downriver cruise!

Such terrible customer service!! Ordered a milkshake and it was the wrong flavor and tasted so unpleasant. When going to the management to fix the order they said there was nothing they can do about it. Will not be coming back again.. such a shame.

Great place to grab fast food that is filling, good, AND cheap! They have a huge amount of options so there is something for everyone, no matter how picky they are! Surprisingly good food for a fast food jointb and very nice staff.
