Lived in Imlay City for going on three years now. This is by far the worst subway Ive ever been to. I cannot believe that anybody would rate this even above a 2, whoever hires the help must be completely deranged or something. The sheer numbers of miserable people that have worked at this place is pretty mind-blowing. Not even a friendly hello 50% of the time and in some cases no hello, no thank you....nothing. I see a trend that happens around here and that might be the case here, if you dont grow up around here and you are not that familiar they do not go out of their way to be polite.......at all. Those experiences most days keep me completely away, then once in awhile just for the heck of it I give it another shot only to be let down. Being a self-employed business owner myself I could never imagine getting away with how unfriendly these people are.

This is by far the worst subway in the history of subways. Always out of something. Went in yesterday the 18th all they had was some wheat flatbreads and 3 Italian bread loafs. SMH. No black olives? Who runs out of black olives? The famous response is " our truck comes in Tuesday" lol.. yesterday was Thursday lmao.. out of wheat bread all weekend fool?

Never have I been to such a welcoming, warm, and friendly place. Nice to see young people interact with older generations in away that really makes you want to return often. Thank you Imlay City Subway staff!!!

Attendent cashier, had a poor attitude and could tell He didnt like being there barely spoke to me and seemwd annoued when i swtiched my order from a 6 inch to a 12 sandwhich before he even began making it.
