Absolutely terrible service. The waitress was incredibly rude and dismissful the whole time we were there. Our drinks came after all of our food arrived, my margarita which I ordered frozen was already melted, and my girlfriends margarita was sitting out in the open for anyone to drop anything into for a whole 10 minutes before it was even brought to our table. They didnt actually serve them to us until I asked where they were. Hers ended up being warm. I tried to ordee a beer and yet again our waitress wasnt around so I asked another woman who was equally as rude and just asked "what beer you want" then walked off. My girlfriend and I always came here and loved it but unfortunately it seems we wont be going back. The waitress even had the audacity to follow us to the door and complain about her tip. I guess you can tell its in a decline because on a Friday night it was nearly empty. Save your money and go to bibimbap in Novi

Unfortunately the menu description does not match the items that are made. For example, the Asian Grilled Chicken salad came with fake crab and (real) flying fish roe, and with raisins instead of cranberries. If one of our allergies had been to seafood, we would have been S.O.L. This was one of several discrepancies, some minor, all annoying. Since we have allergies and order take out, we did not discover the errors until we were home. This happened each time we tried the restaurant. The allergies we have mean we depend heavily on the menu description and the advice of the person taking the orders to make good choices. Also, the food was greasy (tempura and gyoza) and the Don Katsu pork was so thin it was more than 50% panko coating, with not much meat. The Chap-Chae was good, though.

This place is great! I love the food! and the service is wonderful. The food is absolutely delicious the dol sol Bibimbap is my favorite. This place can get quite busy during the dinner rush, especially during the weekends. The many times that I have been to New Seoul Garden, I have had great service, the staff is happy, smiling & polite, and very friendly; they often ask if everything is alright and come to refill water often as well. If there ever was a translation problem there is always another staff person ready to translate. I recommend everyone to check this place out! The prices are reasonable, the food is awesome & the service is great! :D

Chicken wings were good and the lunch box combos and fried rice lunch portions were quite large. Service was awful. Went with a party of 8 for holiday luncheon and one member of our party was asked to change her order after they forgot to serve her despite several reminders and inquires. They told her that now the sushi bar is too busy to make the order they forgot to serve her forty-five minutes ago. We will not be coming back and cannot recommend this restaurant.

This is my second time ordering sushi from New Seoul Garden and the SECOND time they did not devein the shrimp! I even made sure to order different rolls hoping my second try would turn out different! Youd think theyd want to take time and pride in what they serve. Even the nasty bland rolls they sell at the local grocery stores devein the shrimp! Absolutely DISGUSTING

very poor customer service. I had a groupon that was dine in only. I told the person on the phone i had a company order which contained 10 people and we had one groupon. The person on the phone said no dine in only and hung up on me before i was done talking. We were even going to tip the carry out! I guess these people dont need business and can be rude to customers.

The bibimbap lunch special is pretty good and the DIY BBQ is traditional, which is a plus. Ive ordered the bulgogi bento box lunch a couple times and dont like the texture of the meat. Safer to go with the salmon or soba shioyaki. I loved the beef broth but they only offer miss now. I appreciate the generous banchan that accompanies the lunch specials.

Awesome Korean food! For appetizers I have had the soft shell crab that was very tasty with the dipping sauce and the shumai that was excellent (my favorite)! The only soup that I have tried was the mandoo soup that was lacking in flavor. For a main entrée I always get the bibim bap that is full of flavor, textures and is absolutely delicious.

The other day I went on a date and the service was absolutely terrible. Once we ran out of drinks I usually dont mind but the waiter didnt even come over once. It got to the point where I had to get up and ask someone for a refill and the same for the check as well. They need to work on their service rather than talking amongst each other.

The Korean BBQ and sushi were absolutely fantastic. The food was authentic and fresh, and the wait staff attentive. My only complaint is the decor - the paint is chipping off some of the walls for example. I feel this establishment would attract more business if the decor was updated to make the ascetic more modern and trendy.

The sushi was terrible, and the service was worse. Went on a Groupon and wouldnt go back. Also, if you order the spicy tuna or something like that, beware! Its spiciness is extreme. Save yourself and hit up Yotsuba just down the street instead. We did not try the Korean fare.

The BeBimBop and Golgolbi beef was awesome. I went with a date yesterday. The service was awful, even though they seem to have enough staff. I dont believe it was from a language barrier. I will still go back with the family, since the food was so good and priced reasonably

This is my hidden gem! But Id rather it thrive with popularity than to stay hidden. This is the best Korean BBQ in Michigan. You have the option of a BBQ table where the food cooks in front of you. My go to order is kimchi-chigae and bulgogi. They also have wonderful sushi.

Pretty good Korean food - Ive had the bibim-bap and a couple of the stews, though I havent tried the bulgogi yet. The sushi is just OK - youd be better off at a place more dedicated to it. Service is kind of cool and impersonal, but gets the job done.

Im really impressed with this place. I was looking for a local sushi spot and found this place on Google maps. The sushi was really good and the BBQ was really tasty. This was my first visit here, but I will definitely be coming back!

3 generations of our family can always find something to order. The bibimbop is great, so is the sushi. Good soups, great BBQ, and a very accommodating waitstaff. Weve never had to wait... as its a big place.

Menu did not list the ingredients so ended up ordering inedible food to go which I had to throw directly into the garbage. Waste of time & money. You need to put the ingredients of the dishes on your menu!
