I only gave it even three stars because the staff was so great, two in particular. ...and that was in Spite of the "manager" yelling at them constantly in front of us and the drive thru customers. We were the first customers of the day inside the building. ..the registers werent open, but they diligently rang us up on the drive thru register, which we were fine with. ..any who, even tho we were the first customers in the store when they opened the dining area. .. it was truly Filthy. ..the counter, pop machine area, condiment area and the ladies room. ...they all looked like they were wiped down with the same dirty and sticky towel. I know how crazy busy they can get at Im guessing every TB , but that was crazy, as they didnt even have time to be busy. Ugh, it was our first time at that location and when were passing through the area again we will Not stop at this location again.

Worst customer service ever!!! Waited in line for ten minutes towards end of night because the car in front of me couldnt figure out what to order because they were out of almost everything. When I finally got to the window, I let her know that I had overheard they were out of a lot of things and what were they. She replied "oh we closed at 3" and I responded, "Ive been waiting in line for over ten minutes!" She replied "well I asked the car that was ordering at 3 oclock how many cars were in line behind him and he said one". I said that is not true but I will not ever come back to this taco bell. Her response was, "thats fine" (if I owned this taco bell, she would have been fired instantly for that). I retorted "well I will just call corporate, have a goodnight" and I pulled out very upset by the treatment...I only wanted to order one bean burrito!!!!

Terrible customer service, was so shocked I could not even finish my order and drove away. Uneducated, ghetto, rude employees that think giving customers attitude and smacking their lips is acceptable. I simply called out miss, waited couple of seconds, got no reply, said hello and 2 people got on the intercom and ganged up on me because I should of given her time to reply!!...are you kidding me. Also I asked what the price of something was and they replied you have the menu in front of you, you can see the prices we cant remember all the prices.... Employees should be drug tested. Pathetic.

I love Taco Bell but this location is ALWAYS horrible. Last time there was 4 cars in the drive thru and it took 25 minutes to get my food. Half the time I come here they are out of stuff or something is broken. Go to either the Crooks rd or the other Opdyke rd location, way better service. This place is 2 miles from my house and I have officially gave up on this location. I would rather drive 6 miles and know I can eat and drink what I came for.

We waited 25 minutes on Jan. 7, 2017 at 10pm. There was only one customer in front of us in the dining room. Once we received the order and left, there were missing items. Also, food wasnt prepared properly... Lets see if the rise in minimum wage will bring speed and quality back for these fast food restaurants... Im happy I only eat at these places less than once a month.

One of the worst TBs in the area. The food is rarely fresh tasting. The chalupa shells are NEVER fried long enough, theyre always soggy. Now, I never really had anything messed up here, but the low quality food is not worth returning for. Theres another TB about two miles down opdyke that actually has decent food. Worth the extra drive if you live by this one.

Food prep employee got things out of storage and returned to making my order without changing her gloves. Leaving they took the trash and out it right out the door. Too lazy to take to dumpster I guess. Taco had everything on half of it, the other half just tortilla. This happened 2 days in a row. People need to take a little pride in their work. I wont be back.

This place is so nasty dirty .. terrible stinking attitudes.. the place get a -star if theres one to give I would ... came here last night at 2am and they said they were out of meat what the hell DUDE. I rarely go to this location, since they always forget to add a sufficient amount of lettuce. I understand the little scoop of meat, but I dont care about that. At least give me my lettuce and tomatoes sheesh! I went for breakfast 7/19 at 10 am and no one was there! :( went back on 7/24 and they are still skimming the lettuce.

Live near there and I would love a taco bell I can go to late at night and get what I actually ordered. They have never gotten an order correct for me. There is always something missing or messed up. Would not recommend especially when there are so many other options surrounding this taco bell.

cashier got food rung up right...asked for cheese quesadilla no sauce...got chicken with sauce. any tacos with sour cream gets a dab in the corner. ask to have it fixed and it got fixed but took forever. will not come here again as there were numerous people getting thier orders wrongly made

Awful awful awful. Never come to this location. They always mess up my order. I live 5 minutes away and the hard tacos are always soggy and they dont complete the full order. I mean come people who work there.... its Taco Bell....easiest job there is....

Orders are always correct and the employees are very friendly. Only recent problem Ive encountered is that I was told at the drive thru that I couldnt place an additional order while picking up a mobile order, placed via their app. Um... why?!?

We went through the druve up window and ordered a Grande Meal which is 10 tacos and / burritos. They packed everything in a paper bag and all of the hard shelled tacos were crushed.

Stopped in around 11:30. Food was good, but bought a "big box" for the PS4 event and did not receive a coded box. Must be out? Disappointing!!
